Horrible horrible experience. We tried to order online and we got a notification that our order was canceled minutes later. When I called the store itself to ask why I was put on 30+ min hold. When I finally got through the employee said she was not taking any more orders 2 HOURS before they closed and she canceled our order and then hung up on me without letting me say anything else. When I called back to talk to a manager about my canceled order, getting a refund on my $65 bill...read full review
So many negative things!!! We need to comment on the good stuff too!!
1. Corrie delivered our pizza and was a ray of light after a stressful day and my kids *heathens* were screaming during the entire interaction. She was soooooo kind that I called and told the manager as well.
2. My pizza was so hot and fresh that when I set it on the oven to walk away and come back, I actually thought my oven was on ��
