I never come to Domino’s, if I ever needed pizza from Domino’s, I do delivery. Tonight I went thinking I can get a Little Caesars hot and ready pizza but they were closed, so I decided to go to Domino’s, which was a mistake. The gentleman in the front some Caucasian guy with a wedding band with a beard on his face was just very rude and put out that I was ordering a small pizza an hour before they closed. I’d ask him questions like how much is a medium pizza and it would take him like a minute to respond to me just very Get the heck out of here kind of attitude from him. So I ordered a small pepperoni pizza they said it would be ready in 10 minutes and then I said I’d wait. The same gentleman that rung me up sneezed five times in the kitchen without covering his mouth and then I see that he’s kneeding The pizza dough with his bare hands in front of me. I don’t like confrontation so I just didn’t say anything. I’m not eating this pizza anyways. I paid for it. I don’t expect a refund. I’m just never going back here again. And then the Hispanic gentleman that also was there that night when he handed me the pizza he said here you go and I said thank you. Do you have any Parmesan packets and pepper packets? He said that they do not carry those here. What kind of pizza place does not have Parmesan packets or hot pepper packets? I will never stop here again. Absolutely disgusting customer service and disgusting hygiene habits. Y’all need to have a health department person show up there and check out their kitchen. So now I’m giving the small $10 pizza to my poodle.

I placed an order to be delivered to Great Wolf Lodge and my order was wrong. I have 3 hungry kids with me so I called the store angrily and spoke with a manager by the name of Derick who couldn't have cared less about their careless mistake. No empathy or sense of urgency. He seemed annoyed that I was complaining but agreed to re make the order and have it re delivered. 30 minutes later we still didn't have the order so I called and had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with Kevin another manager who seemed to be bothered when I explained to him what was going on. I asked that the order be canceled and ended up getting pizza from the hotel rather than have the kids wait any longer to eat. The lack of empathy and the dismissive tone of Kevin was extremely frustrating. And I can't forget the delivery driver Cynthia (large Hispanic woman) who gave me the look of death for not tipping. Why would I tip for the wrong order? 🤦🏽♀️🙄 make better life choices so you're not relying on tips
