Don't recommend anyone to go here, I got a medium pizza with olives and as I'm half way through the pizza 🍕 I noticed a bug was on my pizza 🍕 it was my next bite it was one of those small brown bugs don't know how many could've already been on my pizza or how many I ate but I took the pizza back in to show the manager and all she said was I can make you another one or you can get a refund as if it was a pice of hair, I'm like it's a bug I got no apology or anything just the way the whole situated was handled I already called the health inspectors because that place is unclean.. poor poor customer service be careful because the bugs might blend in for those who eat meat. Also I will be making this go viral on social media so everyone will know. I give this place zero stars

Anna the manager is rude and charged my bank account twice and refused to make it right..lost the first order and made me redo on line cost and extra 20 minutes of time and extra 32 dollar charge..was told to contact bank!

App showed order delivered. I called they said it does that sometimes I was advised driver was on way. I waited another 10 minutes and nothing. I called the store and was told driver left on porch but there was no porch light. I told manager I live in an apartment so there are no porch lights. I was told driver left for the night. I was offered a refund in a few days or to call in the morning. I asked for GM phone number and was told she doesn’t work in that location and couldn’t give that info out! I am a SM for a large retailer and I know that is Untrue! Worst location ever!!

Went in at 9pm to grab a drink because I was right next door. The guy was fairly standoffish. That's fine, it looked like he was alone in the shop (I get it). I said thank you and was walking out when he proceeded to say something along the lines of "next time try a gas station it'll be less inconvenient". That is extremely unprofessional.

Pulled up and parked outside their door at 9am on Labor Day before eating breakfast at the restaurant next door. I saw their "Domino's only" parking sign but figured they were closed for Labor Day and probably earlier than their hours anyway. As soon as I got out some old lady came out just shaking her head no. She obviously took great joy in letting me know I wasn't allowed to park there. I consider myself very understanding and nice. I apologized to her and let her know I assumed they were closed for the holiday and would park somewhere else right away. She said "it doesn't matter, we have employees here." Not sure why she needed to be rude. I got it before that.

Typical weaponizing the cops when you look like me just asking your money back. I just went into Domino's to feed my family. I walk in to pay for my order after ordering online. I went in to pay cash. One tall cashier with glasses I never seen, seems like he is new took my 20 dollar bill. He scatters my change all on the counter, went through all the ones and try to give me a $1.00 bill part of my change that was taped like it was torn in half. I ask him if he can give me another $1.00 that this money was torn. He acted like he was offended and was ticked. He gave me another dollar put it on the counter then walked away. So then I looked at my change and seen there was a Canadian coin. I ask if he can give me a coin because this was Canadian. Something told me to get my phone because something was about to happen. I checked my order. I ordered one parmasean bite it was fine. My pizza had a hole in it and it wasn't cut into square cut. So I ask the guy to call the manager. The manager Dylan came and already had his guard up. I told him I tried. There's a hole in my pizza and my pizza isn't square cut. I just want my money back. I told him about how his cashier try to give me a torn dollar bill unpurpose because he sort through all the other dollar bills and gave it to me and Canadian money. He then yells and tells me that the money wasn't a big deal and I just had an attitude about nothing and that he spends torn dollars anywhere else and it's fine. I told him that's not always the case. I won't be able to even insert the money into an ATM and banks won't except torn money from my experience Interrupting me he said I am the owner of this store, this is my store and told me to get out have a great night. I ask him for his boss he said he don't have a boss. I told him he is not to talk to me like that. I don't see your name on the store then he proceeds to act like he wasn't going to give me my money back. I told him here is the change and give me my money back. Then I picked up my phone and started recording. He is on the video stating that he is the owner. He kept shouting 1-800 dominos 3 or 4x. Police came then Dylan screams at me how dare you record minors. The officer had to tell him to stop talking to me. As if there's no camera in the store. They both quickly play victim. 0 stars and dominos better call me because they will hear from me first thing Monday. Dylan was unprofessional and need to be fired. This is the 3rd time at this dominos my order was messed up. I will hear from his boss. I'm sorry according to him he is the top owner of dominos and dont have a boss. It's all recorded. They can view the cameras too. I have nothing to hide.

Their was a hair in my PIZZA and I know for a fact it wasn’t any of mine bc I have long black hair and the rest are boys with short hair this hair was blond
And they gave me the wrong order I asked for supreme and they gave me one with All the meats ?

Older employee in the parking lot got onto me for parking next to their sign that says dominoes parking only. Get two signs and place properly in front of the parking spot. It’s 9:30am and the store isn’t open. Hope the attitude was worth a one star review.

After charging my card 6 times totaling over $200 and the manager, Dylan, started yelling at me when I inquired saying he did not have an order showing on his end and he couldn’t do anything about it and check with my bank then he hung up in my face. I inquired about someone else above him when I called back and luckily a team member with sense told me to contact corporate at 1800 Dominoes. Meanwhile my card has been charged with $200 and my kids have nothing to eat due to the many transactions and hold of $200 and no additional money available on my card.

Beyond DISAPPOINTED with I think Brittney was her name - working the phones 07/11 between 5-8 pm .

I was at a work function I ordered pizza for the sitter and my son along with wings , cheesy bread and lava cakes.

My son called me wondering why there were missing lava cakes and for the sake of making him happy I called thinking oh maybe they forgot it .
The attitude this ENTITLED Princess (for a better choice of words) gave me was BEYOND disrespectful when she insisted the cakes weren’t on the order though my reciept showed otherwise she refused to offer a resolution other than “idk what to tell you”

How about use some common sense and say something like “hey we’ll remake them but can you cover delivery or tip our driver?”

Or “since you have enough points on your rewards account we will comp them for you just cover the delivery charge”

Or anything other than play the stupid “she said this game” . My son never got his lava cakes because I had to get back to my work function but I intend to come up there and have Brittney act a fool to my face and see how we resolve this.

I can’t imagine for minimum wage you would be sooo protective over some frozen cakes.

We attempted to order a pizza for delivery to our hotel and after an hour of waiting, we called to find out what was happening. Turns out the driver had broken down on the road and they didn't think to contact customers waiting for their order. They also just sent a different driver to pick up the broken down driver's pizzas (now nearly an hour old) to deliver for him. We were concerned about cold, old pizzas but the person on the phone seemed to think hour old pizza would still be hot and fresh. Sure. No offer to make a fresh pizza, no offer for a discount or a refund. What awful service this place provides.

Edit: pizza finally arrived and it's soggy and the crust is like cardboard. Thanks for the great experience, guys.
