My food is perfect and I did not mind waiting patiently in the lobby area for it to be completed by the sweet young lady 9/10/24, she did an excellent job making my pie perfect! Thank you, bless you??

Received the wrong order, called them back to get the correct order and wanted it delivered. Got charged for a delivery fee and they wanted to the old order back 40 minutes later that I had tossed out since it took almost an hour to get my correct order. They said they could not give me my correct order without getting the incorrect order back. Absolutely insane Got the wrong order, then charged more for them to fix their mistake, then being told I cannot have my order because dominos messed up.....

1 star is way too generous. Where do I start? We were doubled charged. I explained over and over to the manager Jordan that is was not a “pending” charge but she would not listen or follow up with anyone. She was super rude and even hung up on me. Finally got ahold of someone else besides her and guess what!!! There were 2 different charges that had posted just like I said for 3 days. A normal establishment would have checked into the customers concern but she wouldn’t budge. You definitely lost a customer and nobody seemed to even care.

The worst and the most rude staff at the Colleyville location. We called about a delayed delivery and the person who answered (Jordan?) was extremely rude and hung up the phone on us. She made Dominos lose a loyal customer.

Yo hablo español, pero se algo de inglés and the attention of one of the employees name Geneva is great, all the time she help me when we come.
One night the dominos was closed and she open for us.
Today she repeat again with a big smile and I remembered her.

Order inside.Waited like 15 minutes.Went to check on order was not in the oven just sitting on a rake.I ask about then 6 minutes then put in oven.As I'm wait one young lady has a dirt mouth.Manger just sitting in the booth playing on phone.

I know you may not like you job but that no reason to make someone's food bad. There is a thing call to much sauce I didn't ask for extra just got so much alfredo sauce that the toppings slide off and what I could eat made me sick I make sure to order from different spot just hope when they close down your store you don't move to the one I order from
