Just putting coffee in a cup. Stopped by here a couple times on my break but today will be the last time because that’s exactly how I feel when I attempt to indulge here. I never go thru the drive thru and one once or twice have not felt rushed or on an assembly line and im the only one ordering from the walk up window. Coffee never hits like it supposed to and I feel like I’m bothering someone if I think to go ask for a replacement or attempt to fix my drink. Shouldn’t feel like a hassle to try a get the taste im paying for.

Stopped by for the first time today on my break and Raphael was AMAZING! The young ladies inside were also great I’m very big on customer service and they nailed it. I got a Chai Latte and Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Top. I’ll definitely be returning!

Is the Chai in the cup? This Chai is so bland that it is disgusting. Who drinks this crap? I'll stick with Starbucks.
Also, this DutchBros takes FOOOORRRRRREEEEEEVER. 20 minutes for a beverage is diabolical.

I just want to shout out everyone working yesterday (4th of July) everyones spirits were high. So friendly! I was on my way to great wolf to meet my family; after spilling my whole drink in the floor of my car; I stopped by there and they were soooo nice, refused to let me pay and remade it for me. Defiantly made this tired mom on vacation happy! Wish I got their names. Zack you have a good crew at this location!!

I used to love coming to this dutch bros and now I just go here since its convenient. The guys that have taken my order in the morning are never friendly and just seem like they hate their lives. I get it its hot and your probably tired but not only do I go to dutch bros for the amazing coffee but I go for the service. The interactions I used to get would put me in a good mood for my morning. Now im just in a hurry.
