I am a huge fan of the sandwich bar here where you have them make a sandwich custom to yourself. I come here for lunch often and I get the Grilled Chicken Breast with Cheddar and it is some kind of deliciousness!

The staff is always friendly and the place is always spotlessly clean! It is a go-to place for sure.

We had the build your own bowl pasta and the pastrami sandwich on marble rye bread and boy was it delicious! We also took home a cheesecake that we cannot wait to try - the tower of power cheesecake! When you enter this beautiful place it feels like a mini vacation to Italy, really enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Brought the family here for a fresh deli treat and was not disappointed. I was craving pastrami and it was good! The family had assorted wraps and sandwiches and I even tried the brisket jalapeño bomb! Delicious, will definitely come again.

Disappointing experience at the Grapevine Eatzi’s location this morning. The lady behind the take-out counter in the center of the store was very rude and impatient. I wanted to ask a question about whether they had salmon salad and where I could find it in the store, and she literally shrieked at me “I don’t make the salads!!!! I don’t make the salads.” I left without putting another item in my cart. Won’t ever go back to that location. It costs enough to shop there without being treated rudely. I’ve shopped at different Earzis locations for 30 years, starting at the one in Dallas, and never had a bad experience til today. Also, she didn’t close a cucumber salad lid well, and when we got home it had dumped out in the bag.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever we are in the area since we are about 4 hours away, we stop by here. Our dear friends who enjoy good food, brought us here. We have been fans since. Nice and helpful staff. It does get busy at times. They have outdoor seating and indoor seating.

Food is always good. The take home meals are very convenient. Prices are a bit high but the meals seem to be a better option than drive thru fast food. The staff here make no effort to make any type of contact, never ask if they can help and are not the least bit friendly.

My first time at this location and I absolutely loved it. The associates were amazing, very attractive and helpful to me. That sandwich and salad we purchased was so dang gone delicious! Ooo my sandwich maker just gorgeous! Even if that sandwich was the worst in the world I'd go back just to watch him make it!🤣

Your catering manager declined taking a catering order over the phone because she was “busy” with lunch. No option to call back, just a simple “I’m not taking any catering orders right now, I am busy with lunch time right now.” My company has been a long term EATZI’s Grapevine customer since 2018, we order approximately $700 to $1,000 per order. Orders monthly at times. As of today, we will not be ordering from EATZI’s again until your manager is trained to deal with long term customers professionally.
