Went here today for my parents 41st Anniversary dinner. Not only was the food amazing, but the entire experience was wonderful! The hostess showed us all of the specials and explained each one, the waiter Michael was extremely attentive and provided amazing service. The manager came over to introduce herself as well and even made our dessert at the table. My wife says the Gnocchi is the best she’s ever had! The steak is better than any other steakhouse in the area! Beyond all of this, my mother is handicap and uses a walker. At the end of our night Michael walked us out and held the door open for us. Best experience at a restaurant you could ask for. Highly recommend to everyone!

Consistency of service and food are hallmarks of an amazing space: Jane and Francesco are the consummate hosts.Having dined at Ferrari's for many years I had the wonderful opportunity to return after a short Texas hiatus and chose (wisely) to make Ferrari's my Monday evening dinner choice.Greeted warmly at the door by Francesco and Jane, I was seated in the perfectly private spot to observe the dining room activities. My table captain, Arturo, was engaging, professional and knowledgeable, and sensed my desire for a slowly-paced evening. The cioppino was simply amazing. Notice the entire bowl filled with the shells - this dish was perfectly adorned - every biteful of fish with broth. The base was rich and perfectly seasoned. Now having tasted everything on their menu over 10 years of I can unequivocally recommend enjoying anything they serve - especially the daily specials. My rating: exceptional.

First time trying this place in the 29 years I've lived in Grapevine and it was a hit! We got to try the Australian cooked Lamb and Salmon. Both were exquisite. We also got a side of alfredo pasta that was delicious! The owner is frienly and welcoming. The service was attentive and caring. It was a little loud from all the chatter but the music was nice when we did get to hear it. I would love to attend again during a night they have live music.

NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSIONMy wife and I picked your establishment to celebrate her 65th birthday. This was our first time to visit your restaurant. And unfortunately will be our last. Our waiter "Daniel" brought us our drinks and immediately drop my iced tea in my lap.10 minutes into our visit and we were leaving. Soaked to my socks in cold tea.NOT SO MUCH AS AN APOLOGY FROM ANYONE FROM THE MANAGER TO THE WAIT STAFF.We recieved a come back to see us from the bartender. I immediately replied we won't be back.I went to the manager and explained what had happened and got no response.WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, EVER!For all you people that gave this establishment 4 to 5 stars.Your standards are extremely low.Received an invitation from Cindy, the new manager with a gift card. Will be updating the review after my next visit.Update8-19-23My wife and I were immediately greeted by the owner. He apologized for our previous visit and were immediately seated. The service by the staff was impeccable. The atmosphere was festive and fun. That's where the party ended. We started with drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were just, so so.My wife ordered the cannellonialla fiorentina. I had the lasagna pasticiatta. The tops were slightly burnt. And were drowning in sauce. The lasagna was wimpy and thin. And overwhelmed by the sauce. The cannelloni was also tasteless and overwhelmed by the sauce.I have dined at numerous Italian restaurants from N.Y to Chicago to L.A. and all points in between.I cannot recommend this establishment as quality Italian cuisine.Again, if you feel that this is 5 star Italian cuisine.Your standards are extremely low.

This was a fantastic dining experience. Weight staff was very attentive. The manager were on the floor and interacting with the customers. The food was incredible. It felt like we were having dinner at Nonna‘s.

Came here for my birthday dinner and I think this is my new favourite restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible, the Italian Margarita I had was new to me and also wonderful and we were taken great care of by Stephanie, our wonderful waitress who made sure we wanted for nothing all evening. Love everything about this place!

My experience at this place on February 14th was deeply disappointing. The restaurant had a set menu for the occasion, priced at $95 per person, which was not communicated in advance. Additionally, the menu lacked vegetarian or vegan options. While I appreciate the effort to accommodate my dietary restrictions with a vegetarian ravioli, the overall experience fell short. The service was slow, taking 15 minutes to seat us, and the menu offered limited choices. To make matters worse, my preferred dessert option was unavailable. Despite spending a significant amount, including a 20% tip and taxes, the limited options and the inability to get what I wanted made for a regrettable evening. While the staff was attentive, it did little to offset the frustration of the experience. I advise against spending special occasions here, as my visit did not justify the cost or the expectations.

My first date with my wife was in this restaurant and also our engagement was there as well. It's a very special place for us, but for these Valentine's days our babe just was about to complete 6 months old and we thought why not Ferrari's? It was a bad experience, it was supposed to be our best Valentine's Day dinner but the food delayed almost 2 hours and when it comes they forgot the pasta and I was also charged for $70 for a bottle of wine that I didn't drink, the total cost of the check was $335. Also the 20% gratitude was not optional even with this. I'm feeling like a clown ?.
