Service was terrible! I requested a refund because it was taking so long. Manager issued me a credit receipt, but never process the refund to the credit card company. now I have to dispute it and take more time for this poor service. When the manager refund that he didn’t refund the tip either - they kept the tip, even though the service was extremely terrible. I didn’t bother arguing with him about his poor Service since he was not very cooperative.

Waited for 45 min after being told it would take 20-30 min. I understand things happen, but I was then told it would be another 15-20 min. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund since at this point my family wouldn’t even have time to eat. Two weeks later and I have yet to get my $89 back. Hopefully my cardholder can work on getting me that back since there’s conveniently no contact information for the company to try and resolve this.

My family and were hungry and checked this place out. Sandwich was hot and tasty. The fries had good amount of seasoning. When we got to the chicken nuggets, they needed some more work. Overall I had great experience. Bawk bawk!!!!!

We have hated every food establishment that we have frequented in Grapevine and Southlake. How sad. Firebawks is no different. Our chicken sandwich and patty melt were terrible. How frustrating. It’s as if they aren’t even trying because they know the helpless/desperate tourists will pay these prices. Where we are from prices reflect quality. I would love to visit Grapevine again but I definitely would make sure we stay and eat in Dallas. At least the cashier girl tonight was friendly!

*Beware* The service is terrible and the staff is filthy. I witnessed one of the cooks drop a basket in the kitchen area and then pick it up from the floor without changing her gloves. Most of the food was cold and inedible. The worst part was the $96 dollars I essentially paid for trash. Also, the veggies on the chicken sandwich were rancid and we had to throw them away. I literally tipped them almost $12 by accident because the screen changes and adds the tip. The cashier did not even say thank you because they act like they don't know what just happened.. This place is just nasty and gross.
Way overpriced. A chicken sandwich with no fries or drink was$13.95! A one- person small basket of waffle fries was $7.50!!! Now I can understand if this was the best chicken in town, the kind you tell others about, but the flavor was below average although I will say it was cooked perfectly. Still, we will not be back.
