The food was absolutely bland. Nothing spicy about it and definitely not worth the drive out. We got the fire hot- the chicken was very mild and bland. The chicken scratch has too much fries and barely any chicken, slaw, or sauce. The wings are breaded and soggy, not flavorful at all.
Service was fine and the dining hall where the shop is located is fine.
Save your time and money, there are better hot chicken places in DFW!

Had the chicken tenders several times and it was good. Two descent size pieces of chicken, a piece of bread and a few pickles. No sides. $13.00 A bit pricey but hey it's in a hotel. Last Saturday ordered 2 of the tender meals to go. Got home and they were tiny little pieces. I could get 3 or 4 that size with fries and a drink for $13 anywhere. Hopefully it was just a bad batch.

I never received my nuggets and when I pointed this out, was told that I had ordered fries (which I had not), not nuggets. I did not know that they had rang in fries because I was not given a receipt. The gentleman refused to rectify the situation, and looked at me like I was an idiot. Low quality food and awful customer service.

This restaurant is in the Hotel Vin. Located in Downtown Grapevine. I had the Philly cheesesteak with waffle fries. Very good & flavorful. I need to go back and try there other offerings. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend. They get 3 stars on atmosphere only because they share space with at least 8 restaurants. So very busy.

First time I came here the girl at the counter charged me twice and I had to take time to come back here as my bank wouldn’t let me dispute it until I attempt to work it out myself first. Was not cool. Decided to give this place a second shot and another girl was at the counter and gave herself a 20% tip. I think the default option when you pay is 20%…for a carry out…. So please be careful and make sure you don’t just swipe sign and proceed because you will pay way more without knowing. I really do not appreciate practices like this. The food was great the first time but it really wasn’t good the second time (I think they gave a way inferior, completely different piece of chicken the second time) so I really don’t recommend coming here. Is sad because the location is nice. Just go to Dave’s or Ricky’s if you want chicken.
My son loves coming here and they are the reason we discovered the food hall. Son read a great review and we had to try. It did not disappoint.
If heat is not your thing stick to the mild. Still flavorful but will not light your tongue on fire. My son on the other hand loves heat and he vacillates between the medium and hot. We have tried everything but the salad but would imagine it’s good as well.

Had their food and it might've been the best chicken I've ever had, along with some of the most delicious homemade sauce on the side. Their french fries were amazing as well The whole food court surrounding them had a great atmosphere as well (I mean I saw spiderman, captain america, and superman there along with another hero but I don't remember who it was, which I didn't interact with them but was cool), and I have no say on service since I was not the one who ordered but the food was prepared rather quickly which is a huge plus 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait to eat there again

Food was not good! I ordered the wings (which were unseasoned and gross) with Mango Habanero. I couldn’t finish them they were so bad. The mango habanero tasted like sweet and sour sauce vs Mango Habanero. I also tried the fried pickles and fried Zucchini sticks (they were meh and heavily breaded). My husband tried the kale ceaser with fried chicken spice level hot. Chicken breast was paper thin and salad was ok..nothing to write home about. Overall I wouldn’t spend my money here again..it was a waste of 50 bucks! I’ve had muuuuch better hot chicken at other establishments!

Where is my refund? I was there a week ago today May 4th. I ordered chicken wings I was told they would be drums and flats. When I got home I had all the flats. The celery was soft and mushy. I contacted the restaurant through a friend that was still there and I was promised a refund!
