It’s really a one star experience, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it was a string of bad luck. $25 + 15% tip for a salad and fries not worth it
I ordered the kale Cesar salad with fried chicken and some waffle fries on the side, and paid for the side of chipotle Ranch. I asked for no cheese on the salad and the clerk said it didn’t come with cheese.
The clerk asked me for my phone number twice and said I would get a text when the food is ready. I never got a text so I just went to check after about 20 minutes and they handed me cold food with cheese on it.
I asked if they could remove the cheese and reheat it. They removed the cheese and handed it back to me (something I could’ve done). I asked them to reheat it and showed them my inbox with no text messages from them and even offered another $5 tip (they said another tip is not necessary). What they did was just refry my waffle fries. This made them too greasy, I couldn’t even eat them. Are waffle fries that expensive to make that you can’t just make a new batch? They don’t come with the meal and they’re like $7.
At this point I was tired of going back to ask for more fixes and took the L. To be fair, the salad tasted fine, but it was really a Romain lettuce salad with a few pieces of kale in it.

Food was absolutely horrific, I got the chicken sandy or fried chicken sandwich and it was basically fried chicken with no seasoning. The bread had more seasoning than the chicken. When they charged me, they immediately charged me a higher tip value that I had not selected to pay. Charged me for full at a 20% tip when I clearly put custom. I went with my friend and he got the Philly cheese steak and sure you would think why go to a chicken place and get beef but he’s a Philly kind of guy and basically the beef was unseasoned and it just felt like he was eating a sloppy Joe except a sloppy Joe would have more seasoning.
The pricing is a bit high, $12 for a Philly is reasonable and $13.5 is a bit high for a single sandwich no combo, and sure enough the waffle fries were $6.50 and the fries were the best apart of the experience.
Says a lot if a side is better than a main.
The atmosphere was great since it was in a food courtish setting inside of a very nice train station in the middle of downtown grapevine that was great.

My first time visit was top notch. The Chicken Sammy was delicious! A perfect balance of spice and flavor. I had the medium heat but will get the hot next time. The bun made the “Sammy” a 10/10. I’m pretty sure it was a potato bun and it was incredible. The staff is extra friendly and I highly recommend if you’re visiting or live in the Grapevine area.
This place needs more recognition! The chicken sandwich was juicy & gorgeous with just the right amount of heat. Flavors were so well rounded and balanced with the coleslaw cabbage harmonizing perfectly with the soft bun and chicken. We were wishing we got more from this stand but we were already full with all the food from other stands that we also tried out. This place is my fav out of all the stands❣️

The building is insanely clean and smells wonderful, but wait till you get a chicken sandy from FireBawks 🤤I moved from Nashville - home of hot chicken… this needs to be opened there- it would put a dent in all the princes and Hattie bs market share… BEST HOT CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD Seasoned fries are amazing too, (combine Arby’s curly and chic fila waffle fries+great serving size)
Sad to say there is no photo to share as I scarfed it down insanely fast
