Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Good middle of the road "chain" type restaurant. Nice bar, good service. My steak was overcooked.

Service was very slow. The food was not brought out all at the same time and missed several dishes and brought them out at the very end after completing our meal. 

This was the first time eating there and it was great. Our food was well plated, temperature correct and it was all delicious. Our server was Oscar, and he was very informative and attentive. We will definitely be going back

Had brunch here for the first time and it was really good. The peach Bellini was very fresh and yummy. We started with the massive cinnamon roll, and - oh my gosh - it was delicious. We also had the steak and egg bowl and the egg breakfast with bacon - both really good. The waiter was friendly and attentive.
Really enjoyed the experience, and will definitely be back again. Fingers crossed that the next time will be just as good!

I have generally liked Firebirds and found the food and service good on the two visits that we have had for dinner. However for Sunday brunch, we arrived early and it was fairly empty. Our server was training and was inattentive at best. We had to ask for refills etc. Also the hostess seated the only other table that came in at the booth right next to us. The family had three young kids (I've been there) that jumped around and kicked a shared booth bench the whole time. I get it- that happens but seeing as the restaurant was empty, perhaps some spacing would have been nice. This visit was a disappointment for sure

Food was good. Filets were at temp but a little chewy. Service was slow and we had an early reservation.

We had a large group, all with separate checks. There was a little hiccup I heard about later but no big deal, really. Midori handled the evening very well. The food was awesome, everyone said it was great. I highly recommend.

We hosted a business dinner at Firebirds for 12, and it was exceptional. The service was top-notch — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our experience. Every dish and cocktail was fantastic, and the lively (but not loud) atmosphere made conversation easy — a rare feat for a group that size. Firebirds just became my go-to for client dinners: impressive, comfortable, and delicious — no “creative” expense reporting required. 😉

I wished I could give this place 10 stars! I had a celebration dinner here on 10/25. Natalie and JT were our servers! They did an AMAZING job! Their service was absolutely fantastic!! All my guests were served their drinks and food without any delays or problems!! The manager on duty (I apologize I forgot his name) came and gave me flowers and thanked me for celebrating there! I cried in the car because of this lol I will definitely be back!! Oh and let me add no gratuity was added to our checks for such a big party but we tipped them well!! Thank you all soooooooooooooooooooo much!!

Food was mediocre and inconsistent. For example, two of us ordered the potatoes au gratin for our side. One was fine and the other was somewhat burnt. Service was also lacking and slow. Won't be back.

My first visit and it was fabulous. Epi is the manager and he was really nice and pleasant. Oscar our server was phenomenal, excellent service. Food was terrific, seasoned well, and tasted great. I will return for sure.
