I have been coming to Fireside Pies for years as well as bringing family and friends. I started going to the location in Plano, Legacy but have been coming here. I love the pizza and that sauce. I ordered a cocktail which was good and the alcohol ratio was not bad unlike some places that give you watered down beverages. The Margarita pizza this time around didn't have the same flavor as usual though, either not enough of the tomato sauce or flavor. The Burrata pizza was ok. Staff was friendly but I didn't like the fact that when the pizza comes out of the oven another staff member putting toppings on the pizza doesn't wear gloves. I saw a vid of a popular social media personality that says " everybody is so creative " talk about someone preparing food and the stuff under the nails seasoning the food and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth bc the server got the basil with his nails that seemed to possibly have dirt under them. It's just not a good look and to feel you spend money and can't enjoy. I ended up praying about it being so hungry and threw in oven on high high heat but some pieces did not get eaten bc of the thought of eating finger nail dirt or hair from knuckles bc they knead dough also w/ bare hands.

I would argue this is some of the best pizza in DFW. Wood fired and lots of menu options. The place is also never packed so you can usually sit right away. They have good drinks and wine options.

This pizza was a great size for a person to have plenty to eat in that setting and take some home from the next time you’re ready to eat. The service was very friendly and helpful for first time guests. The food came out in a timely manner as well. I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at this venue.

Food wasn't great. Spaghetti pasta wasn't Spaghetti and their garlic bites are literally rolls from Walmart with cheese on top. Pizza was missing cheese and flavor.

Server was in a rush to leave around 5pm, or she just didn't like us. Food was Meh. Carbonara was a joke, butter noodles were bland. Server not attentive, never asked why she took away full plates of food or how our food was. Terrible. Won't return

Warning! Safety concerns! Window burst and Car broken into in the parking lot during Sunday brunch and manager on duty claimed that there are no cameras. We could see 2 cameras right behind our car. No Thanks for the assistance!
