I asked for a glass of water before leaving after having some drinks in me and waitress, said “y'all didn’t even tip” mind you we only had a bucket of beers since when was it an obligation to tip, some one for bringing a bucket of beers?

Waited almost 20 minutes for service. Let staff know that we were there. Seemed like maybe only one person working the patio. We got up and left. Walked to their competitor Boomer Jack’s next door and got service immediately. I don’t know if Flips is good or not and now I’ll never know as I will never go back. They didn’t want to provide service. I don’t want to give them my money.
The green beans were very good, the slaw was good (I'm very particular). The mac and cheese was disgusting. It tasted like canned cheese sauce.

The appetizers were good, but the salmon was overcooked, and the catfish meal was not seasoned at all. The drinks were not that good either, unfortunately. The service was ok, but the server took a long time to get back to my table.

My date and I both ordered entrees, and an appetizer to split. As soon as the platter showed up we knew we'd made a mistake!
On the plus side, we both had lunch for the next day!
