Everytime I Come Here I'm Always Greeted So Pleasant By Anthony. He's Very Polite & Attentive. He Definitely Makes Customers Like Me Want To Continue To Enjoy The Fresh Cookies. He Definitely Deserves 5 Stars For His Great Customer Service!

I ordered a cookie cake online one week before my grandson’s birthday. The day before I called just to verify. Thankfully I called because I was told they didn’t have my order. Once they looked further they found the order in the wrong day. I went to pick up the cake the next morning. It was the wrong decoration. Balloons instead of a dinosaur. The clerk offered to remake it however due to the party time we didn’t have the time. The cake tasted good. But just a frustrating experience. Nothing was offered as an apology other than a simple I’m sorry. They really need a better system if orders are getting misplaced and filled incorrectly.

Delicious cookies and amazing service! They were extremely nice and accommodating when I ordered a cookie cake for pick-up on the wrong day. I did not realize until I went to pick it up (a day earlier than I selected on my order). They quickly decorated a cookie cake for me and I was out the door in ~15 minutes. They saved the day! Birthday cookie cakes are a favorite for our family and I'll always order from this location in the future.

Great cookies, super fast service! They had a buy 5 get 1 free promo which we took advantage of. You’re able to mix and match your cookie picks. Good a flavorful, wish they were a bit crunchier, still good though! Good dessert spot at the mall.

We went here to get a good bye cake for a coworker who was leaving and the employee who helped me "order" my cake was so incredibly rude. I told her what I wanted, and she acted annoyed that I stated I would walk around and return in about 20 minutes for my cake. After waiting 45 minutes, she gave me a cake that looked like a child had decorated it and did not ask if I liked it or not.

There were three staff members and only one of them was actually working. The only lady working was walking back and forth using her cellphone and was touching cookies without gloves. She was making a heart shaped cookie for someone. So if you ordered a heart shaped cookie please be aware.

The girl behind the counter copped an attitude and I found hair in the cookies, disgusting!

Horrible location. Rude staff. Prepaid for a cake a week in advance for the staff to argue with me stating, “the cake isn’t paid for.” After “arguing” back with them and showing my bank transaction, the girl says, “here, just take it!” It gets better, I open the cake box, not even our cake. Staff says their tickets are messed up. Get it together!!What a mess. Will never return to this location. Management needs to address the attitude amongst the staff as well as the organization of this business.

The most rude employees work here! Today was Monday, June 19 and the time is 7:56pm I’m never coming back here again to get terrible customer service!!The employee here decided to argue with my husband who took 2 samples (one for him and the other for 22 month old) but she kept arguing that he took 4 and on top of that decided to hide the sample tray cause my 7 yr old tried to reach for a sample. The biggest customer for your cookies are kids so please train your employees to not be rude to kids or any other customers, we have been your customer since our first daughter was born but not anymore. I am very disappointed!!!
