The employee with the glasses gave my daughter the wrong cookie, we noticed and went back to change it, and she refused to even though it was her mistake. Bad customer service!

I ordered a cookie cake online one week before my grandson’s birthday. The day before I called just to verify. Thankfully I called because I was told they didn’t have my order. Once they looked further they found the order in the wrong day. I went to pick up the cake the next morning. It was the wrong decoration. Balloons instead of a dinosaur. The clerk offered to remake it however due to the party time we didn’t have the time. The cake tasted good. But just a frustrating experience. Nothing was offered as an apology other than a simple I’m sorry. They really need a better system if orders are getting misplaced and filled incorrectly.

Delicious cookies and amazing service! They were extremely nice and accommodating when I ordered a cookie cake for pick-up on the wrong day. I did not realize until I went to pick it up (a day earlier than I selected on my order). They quickly decorated a cookie cake for me and I was out the door in ~15 minutes. They saved the day! Birthday cookie cakes are a favorite for our family and I'll always order from this location in the future.

Great cookies, super fast service! They had a buy 5 get 1 free promo which we took advantage of. You’re able to mix and match your cookie picks. Good a flavorful, wish they were a bit crunchier, still good though! Good dessert spot at the mall.

We went here to get a good bye cake for a coworker who was leaving and the employee who helped me "order" my cake was so incredibly rude. I told her what I wanted, and she acted annoyed that I stated I would walk around and return in about 20 minutes for my cake. After waiting 45 minutes, she gave me a cake that looked like a child had decorated it and did not ask if I liked it or not.
