Rude host made us wait outside and kept saying our table was being cleaned! Ok well it’s ten min later and no table

Great portion sizes, staff was attentive and engaging.

If I order for takeout, there’s usually an issue, either they don’t see the order or they give it to the wrong person, etc., etc. But when I finally do get the food, it is amazing. I recommend the “Brooklyn Bridge” pizza

First visit and probably my last. The pizza was hot trash. It's inexcusable to go to a Pizzeria and get bad pizza. The inside of the pizza was completely undercooked and as soggy as wet toilet paper, just disgusting.

1st time here the pizza was super thin but amazing flavor. Highly recommend next time I'm in dallas we will be back to eat again. Service was outstanding.

It was my 1st time dining in at Grimaldi's and all was good and delish, but you know the 1st thing I order is a cocktail...this time I felt like a glass of wine 🍷 I asked for 1 and they didn't have it and right off the bat the one following that one she told me they didn't have it either so she offered Red blend and I don't drink red blend so I went ahead and looked at the white wine list I asked for the 1st on their list and they ran out of that one too!! I finally picked one they did have and I'm thinking 🤔 does this happen often here? Who does inventory? Etc...etc...

Best pizza in the USA hands down!!

I recently visited Grimaldi’s and had the Prosciutto and Arugula pizza — absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crisp with that signature brick-oven flavor, and the toppings were fresh and balanced. Dining outside with friends while watching the firelight dance from the torches made the experience even better. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable evening — great service, great atmosphere, and amazing food. Highly recommend!

Ordered on line on Grimaldi’s website and when I arrived to pick it up it was not ready. I was not told anything simply just “it is not ready” . After standing in the restaurant I was asked what the name on the order is. Then nothing. Again asked my name and then nothing. After standing in the restaurant for more than 30 min the manager asked my name. At this point I asked him if my order was being cooked. The manager then proceeded to explain they had had a computer problem and he would have the kitchen start to make it.The issue I have is that they let me just stand there with no one doing anything and zero communication. This was on Halloween night and I was getting a pie to save time. From the time I ordered until I arrived was more than 2 hours. The Manager that was on duty was totally out of his depth and absolutely horrible at communicating.

Tried this place for the first time — might’ve just picked the wrong pizzas. The Margherita was really good with a nice crust, but the Buffalo Chicken one wasn’t my favorite. Nice place, I’d come back and try some different ones next time!

This is the second time in a row I’ve received our pizza burnt to a crisp with a hole in the middle. Figured the first time was a fluke but was surprised to see it happened again. Also are they teaching how to cut pizzas differently? This specific order was cut into 13 different sized slices. Sad this happened again because we LOVE Grimaldi’s. Unfortunately we will most likely forego ordering from this location anymore.
