Isn’t open when they say they are. 1 o’clock on a Friday during the summer is a very normal time for a snowcone stand be open I think
Don't skip this little spot. Their snow cones were delish!

It's never open when the business hours say it is. I've stopped in 3 times and there has not been a person here although it should be open.
Long wait to get our sno cones, many flavors on the board were out, and the outside sitting area was strewn with trash and debris - nowhere comfortable to sit, and definitely not a good place for kids. Definitely recommend passing on this place, especially with prices starting at $5 for a size small.
I had high hopes for Heavenly Sno Cones, especially given their Christian branding. Initially, the owner seemed friendly and accommodating, but when I requested to keep the discussion free from religious themes, their demeanor shifted dramatically. What started as a professional interaction quickly became unprofessional, with them being dismissive and rude.
It’s disappointing to see an organization that claims Christian values fail to uphold those principles in practice. I would not recommend Heavenly Sno Cones if you’re looking for a respectful and open-minded experience.
Hot summer day and my pregnancy cravings start coming in. With my recent need of wanting ice, I thought of snow cones! This was my first time ever at this cute little place so I just told the young lady that I wanted something really sweet. I asked her to give me a suggestion and she suggested the piña colada! Order was taken as soon as I went up to the window and I didn’t wait long for it either. Young lady was kind and her recommendation was good and exactly what I wanted!!! currently debating on going back for another ?? reasonable priced based off sizing too!

Great place to cool off this summer. Great customer service too
I guess in general you should just lower your expectations when going to the seasonal snowcone stand. There were three people in front of us took over 15 minutes just to place an order. They don’t take cash or credit card only Venmo. When she finally opened the sliding door, it smelled like cigarettes were currently being smoked inside. If you need to get a fix of ice with food coloring and corn syrup this is prob acceptable but I don’t think we’ll be back.

I think the owners racist. Literally the employee rung up someone, 3 minutes later the sno cone was ready for them. I go up to order and 10 minutes the employee disappeared. The employee knew we were waiting cause the employee said one minute after he rung up the other person. Horrible service. Can't say much on the sno cone since we never got it after we waited for 10 minutes in the summer sun. We ended up leaving due to poor service and neglect on customers. Sad

so i went to this place this week to try it out and the owner came to talk to me and when he asked what i was i responded with being middle eastern he then gave me a literal whole speech on what i should believe in and that i shouldn’t be saying I’m from iraq. he is very racist and disrespectful especially towards young girls like me.
Stopped by this little snowcone shack for the very first time thinking we were going to get a nice little snowcone for dessert. Drove up and there is a mom and her kids there saying that the lady just left with a friend and I said oh “OK well online it said that they’re open till nine and it’s only 6 o’clock so that is such a bummer” so we got back in our car, sat for a minute while we looked for another place to go and sure enough, the owners did pull up saying that they’re open. While we were ordering, the owner, an older man, took a picture of my two year old Daughter without my permission, my friend and I heard the click the I phone camera makes, as my friend was holding my daughter (we did not have our snowcones yet) so I went up to and asked if he took a picture of my daughter. At first he said no and then he said “well I took a picture of the people, just the people” and showed me a picture. I didn’t really look at it great and he said that he sent it to the person who was off saying that there are people here and that they needed help. There were two workers and it was only me, my friend and my two kids, so four people, that’s not busy. the place was dirty and the snowcones sucked, were basically all ice and super hard to eat. When I asked why they took a picture the wife was shaking really bad. I’m sorry but their body language made it seem like they were on drugs.. which is what I’m assuming they went to go do when they left for thirty minutes and didn’t even put sign out saying they would be back soon.

The owner is incredibly kind and friendly! My little girl was so disappointed that we didn’t make it in time to get a snow cone before it closed, and he opened up and made a snow cone just for her. We will not soon forget his kindness and will most certainly return to support his business!

The place seems to be at a weird spot but we met the owner and he was really nice and was really careful with my friend’s allergies. The snow cones are great too. Highly recommend!
