This location has 1 foot in the grave. Everything else around it has closed down. I had to take a 2 hour lunch break because the food took so long to get to the table. It showed up at different times, not all together. The side salad didn't show up before the meal. Extras were forgotten. I usually praise Hooters for their food and service, but this location is struggling.

It was a little late when we arrived but the service was excellent the food was amazing and fresh the manager seen my 2 year old had started getting a little over the ESPN and he changed a tv by us to lion King without being asked or anything just a great job all around

You can see that this franchise doesn't care about its customers, that's why it has almost no people, first it took them a while to take our order, there were just two girls, then it took them an hour to bring us the order, the wings tasted ugly, the ugliest hooters I've ever visited . How do they let this place continue to operate? There are many complaints, many people are angry, how does the Hooters company not realize this? Apart from the disgusting bathroom
My husband did an online order to pick-up in store. It stated it would be ready in about 15-20min. It took 40 min before food was in hand. He stood at the pick up spot for almost 20min watching the staff just stand around laughing and chatting. When she finally brought the food over, (I’m sure she could tell he was slightly irritated at the wait) she made a comment about how it’s normal to have a 15min wait time… He proceeded to show her our 40+ minute wait time on our receipt, and all she said was “oh”, not an I’m sorry or anything… That’s not even the real issue… our order was was completely wrong We ordered 20 wings with 2 dry rubs and 2 sauces but half of the wings were completely dry.. No sauce No rub.. Then we order 2 orders of fry.. extra crispy with the Hooters seasoning BOTH fry orders had no seasoning literally NOT even salt I mean nothing and they were cold and basically raw. If we had to wait 40+ minutes why is the food cold let alone over half the order wrong Honestly it was gross just a bunch of plain, unseasoned, NO flavor cold food.. we will never return We spent around $40 and it was a huge waste I highly recommend Duffs wings to everyone

Service was very good other than the manager. Stopped in on the way to vegas, ordered wings that were spoiled. They didn't charge me, but the manager argued and was a dick about it. If they weren't spoiled then why not take a bite manager? Spent 3 days in Vegas, 1st 2 were in the bathroom. Hooters should probably start doing better quality control, some locations are great and some are terrible. My butt and my stomach would sure appreciate it.
