Great Tea

Great way to start my day with quick and friendly service and a cold ice tea.

Huge variety of tea flavors with sweet or unsweetened options. Use it often for parties and get by the gallon.

The teas are amazing. But last time I went i placed an online order 15 min prior to arriving. When I got there order was not ready and waiting 15 min for them to get it ready. Not Great Customer Service

What an unexpected horrible experience. We came in at 8:37 to buy some tea and the two employees were already checked out. The floor was half sticky nonsense, the rest was a lake of mop water that they clearly expected us to wade through. The cashier had already closed out the register and couldn’t make change. We left without what we came for. These two kids clearly need better training on closing up for the night.

Lovely staff, quick service and an amazing variety of teas. Went between 2pm and 4pm for happy hour to get buy one get one free drinks for me, myself and I.

This location has a serious health and cleanliness issues that’re bound to make customers sick: I would advise that you avoid this location.

I stopped in today for the first time ever but visited the restroom before ordering. The restroom had NO SOAP and NO TOWELS.

Customers were essentially rinsing their hands and then proceeding to ice and drinks with wet hands after using the toilet.

Herein lies the problem.

The store’s ice machines were out of ice.

The staff had pulled out an old ice chest and filled it with ice, however, THERE WAS NO ICE SCOOPER!

Customers were using their bare hands and cups to scoop up ice out of this communal ice chest.

I asked the staffer that was attempting to service the empty ice machine if, “he expected customers to use their bare hands or if he had an ice scooper”, to which he replied “yep, use your hands…”

I told him that he has ZERO soap and ZERO paper towels in their public restroom and that I had just gotten done using that restroom, asking, “do you still want me to use my hands?”

He was kind enough to lose his attitude and grab an ice scooper for this wide open, communal ice chest that customers had been digging their hands into all afternoon.
This is an outstanding way to spread NoroVirus and make customers very, very sick.

So, shame on you, HTeaO, for not caring about the health & welfare of your customers and for not taking Texas state health & safety guidelines more seriously.

I won’t be back and I strongly urge you to reconsider your visit to this disgusting location that the employees seem to have little to no regard for.

Wow😍 I already knew they had cute clothes inside but ... They even started selling tea bags for home. (Big 64 oz bags). I love this place!

Also in response from other reviews: I thank God this is one of the last places that doesn't have stevia in everything, I'm allergic to it. So theres already two flavors here I can't have.
And I've never had or seen an issue. Service kind. And inside Beautiful as usual.

Great place for an afternoon drink! The drive-through is very quick/convenient, but if you have the time I'd pop inside! You can customize your drink and add toppings at their drink bar - it's great! There are also a surprising variety of snacks to check out!

I forgot the guys name but we were just there and I figured I’d make a review because he is always so helpful. We love everyone who works here. Great service always. TEA IS AMAZING!
