The floor is usually clean, the machines are pretty much spotless, and the tea is always fresh, however the employees here are not that great. They’ll huddle together by the drive thru window and only cater to the people there, even if there’s no line at the window. There’s only been a few times where the workers were kind.
Recently, I asked for a fresh gallon of unsweet tea for my birthday reward, and the worker at the front tells me, “there’s fresh gallons in the fridge. They were made today.” They were not made that day.
If you don’t want to do your job, aka making tea for customers, then don’t work at a tea place where you serve customers? Customer service is so confusing these days. Let’s hope they hire better staff.

This place is great. The tea is really good, and their coffee is prob the best in town. Always fresh, hot, and comes out foamed. Isaac always remembers me and greets me with a nice Hello and a smile.

Great Tea
Great way to start my day with quick and friendly service and a cold ice tea.
Huge variety of tea flavors with sweet or unsweetened options. Use it often for parties and get by the gallon.
The teas are amazing. But last time I went i placed an online order 15 min prior to arriving. When I got there order was not ready and waiting 15 min for them to get it ready. Not Great Customer Service
