They have a FANTASTIC patio. The bacon wrapped shrimp are awesome. After 11:00PM the tables go away and the restaurant becomes a dance club.

The hostess took my phone number and stated that I'd get a text when the table was ready. I got a text confirming I was in line, I never got a text to be seated. Worst chili's ever.

At Kelly's Cajun Grill in Lake Charles, Louisiana food was good on July 27th, 2018, but the girl cleaning the glass, with blue glass cleaner, over the foods, sprayed the cleaner over the food & dropped the bottle of cleaner in the corn. The corn was not replaced. I watched the whole time.

Don't eat here!!! Unsanitary. Watched an employee wipe up liquid from floor and then proceeded to wipe off tables and chairs using exact same rag she used on the floor ... it was either a manager or asst manager. When asked to speak with manager and told them about the situation, the girl that cleaned up spill just laughed about it. Who knows if that was water or a mess from a young child having an accident .... it's gross!!! Won't ever eat at this location again.

While Shopping I popped in here. Quick Fast Service. Servers were Great. I got loaded Nachos. Full of Cheese. Appeared Clean. Noisy.

We come here 1-2x a week but the past few weeks they've struggled... our order was wrong or took over 15 min to get to our table. Today was our last straw, we waited 15 min two orders after us got served. We asked they said they were waiting on chicken filets (which was a lie as both orders before ours had filets and got served) we had a kids meal the least they could have done is brought that out. Our fries were cold and our order was wrong again. We're pretty disappointed in this location. Might go back to the one on William D. Tate.
