I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Worst place ever !!! I did an online order . Said it would be ready by 7:20 . I arrived at 7:15 and checked in . Well it’s 7:39 now and my food still not out ! I walked in and my food was sitting in the counter . I arrived home and food was so cold I had to trash it ! This place sucks !

I tried 4 different flavors, and loved every one of them. Nice size wings, plenty of fries, great portions.

Placed my order online. Paid and the system immediately presumes a 20% tip. I don't like to tip before the food or service is provided and this is exactly why. My order was supposed to be ready at 2:17. I arrived a little bit early and checked in like the email said to. I sat there until 2:22 and there was no activity seen in the pickup area. I finally got out of my car and went in. I could see on the tablet on the counter that my order was ready, but it took another 5 minutes for them to find someone who knew what they were doing to actually get it to me. I then had to ask for them to include silverware and a napkin. The food was fine, but the service and system at this location was terrible.

Everything was delicious. These people are obviously Karen's. Its not chillies. Fries are not dry OR soggy. Chicken is perfect. The Karen's of the world need to get a hobby. The end. Thank you for ready my very honest review. Have a slended day.

You don't see this is just Chili's until you complete the order. The wings were rubbery and the meat tasted like freezer burn. The lemon pepper seasoning was okay-ish. The garlic parmesan was awful. I would never have guessed it was supposed to be garlic parmesan. Ranch dressing was not good and the fries were a soggy mess. Order from somewhere else.
