Usually don't get any attitude if something comes out wrong but this time after trying to repeat over and over again what we wanted we got eyes rolled at us and a little bit of hostile attitude when we tried correcting her again at the window. It could have been since 2 non native English speakers where trying to communicate but I think she should be more understanding when she's was trying to rush us and not listening.

I do Uber Eats often around this area. I’ve seen, eaten, and visited my share of Jack in the box at all hours of the night. This location stood out to me because the evening/overnight team is really great. The lady in charge and the two dudes in the kitchen seem to work really well and pump out great food and service. Once I watched the lady repackage an order few times just so that it looks and sits right in the bag. I think we’ve all had an experience or two when you look to get your food out of the bag and it looks like it was just all thrown in. Not here. Pretty cool. This location seems to care a lot. A lot more than other locations or other competitive restaurants. You don’t see that too often Especially these days. Especially during a graveyard shift. Having picked up few Uber Eats orders from here and the positive interaction with the staff made me want to eat here, so today I came in to take my break. Same crew was working. The dining room was very clean as usual. The lady is chill, working hard with a great smile as always and her team alike. When I first entered , i was acknowledged right away by one of the cooks who came up and greeted me with a smile and told me to please wait and I will be assisted soon. He came up to help the lady cuz she was in the corner with a drive thru customer. Teamwork! Awesome! I’m used to being ignored or get that attitude of being annoyed that someone came into their restaurant and now they have to work. Haha. Food was delicious. One of the best jacking the box experience fo sho. During a graveyard shift?! That’s crazy. Crazy cool. I’ll be back and probably make this location my late night break time spot at least once or twice a week. Very chill and welcoming vibe here. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Made me pay for sauce after I pay for a whole meal I had to break my whole 5 dollar bill after spending like 11 dollars there ridiculous how about some customer courtesy I wasn't asking for much

I went to jack in the box, planning on getting some breakfast sandwiches . Went to order some and was told breakfast is not served until after 4:00am. But the menu in drive thru says breakfast all day. So I order a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was good. But the fries were cold and old. Maybe someone should change the menu to let people know of the change.

We went through drive thru and we were the only vehicle when we pulled up. The cashier was patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. We ordered one of the smaller burgers and asked to add jalapenos and then also the spicy loaded potato wedges. We forgot to add a few other modifications to the burger (no mustard, no pickles) but it was already made when we got to the window, very quick service there. But the wedges took a while, and it was barely saucy and there were only 2 jalapenos on it and it didn't seem "loaded" because there wasn't anything else to it? Like just the wedges a little bit of sauce and 2 jalapeno slices.

It was my first time at Jack in the Box, got multiple items to get a feel for the food, really like the loaded mini birria tacos, the value was outstanding, got 5-6 items for $12

This post is for all the Jack in the Box that's been there for me at all hours in the last 50 years !!! Back in the 70's hanging out in the parking lot while they were open till 2 am. I still love their taco's
Ran out of coffee this morning! Didn't put bacon/ sausage on crossiant sandwich. Apparently they don't know their menu or they simply didn't give a darn!!!!! Forgot the egg on my sandwich. WORST SERVICE EVER. Never again! I've been coming to this location for 20 years and today was the worst service ever!

I went to visit this Place today and I always order French fríes with cheese sauce but this girl at drive thru said that the dont serve them like that which make me feel sad because is the only thing that my kid (special needs) eats and they gave me my ordered incomplete and I called to let them know noboby answered thats real disapointed
