For me it's about convenience. economic over ease of use of service. Jack alright sometimes get wrong food. Often enough you wonder how it could happen. Overnight lady is awesome. Morning has more mistakes.

I usually enjoy Jack in the Box, but this time the curly fries were undercooked and not crispy at all. It really took away from the overall meal. Hoping for better quality next time.

WARNING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! I stopped here for breakfast and the egg in the sandwich was GREEN!!!! I noticed after a few bites and thought, okay I didn’t order jalapeño nor do I taste jalapeño. Upon inspection, it was rotten! I rushed back to the location and asked for a refund. She looked at it and said “OK! I’ll refund you your money back”. Didn’t refund me for the combo but just the rotten sandwich. Didn’t apologize! Didn’t offer any compensation or anything! I guess it happens so often that she didn’t even flinch. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN EATING HERE!

Okay we who know know but the regular tacos are the absolute best value in the drive thru industry!!! However to top it off we had Eshika working the window and what a breathe of fresh air she was smiling as she saw my beagle and made him a whipped cream pup cup and he is now the happiest beagle on Earth. Great job with our order Eshika!!!
