I NEVER leave a bad review cause I’d feel like a Karen but this Jersey Mike’s is actually the worst one ever, they’re not lying. I’ve gone a handful of times and each time their service is so bad. Specifically the Philippine or Vietnamese looking lady. She treats everyone else normal but every time she gets to me she seems to treat me differently? Today I walked in and she was laughing with her coworker and when she saw me she stopped laughing and said “Oh no” and seemed annoyed to see me. I have never been a problem customer so i’m not sure why she would dislike seeing me? They have the person running the cashier with gloves on and with those same gloves handling the sandwiches its so nasty so one time I asked if he could please switch them out before touching the sandwich cause he had JUST taken someones cash and he got upset? So now I just watch them handle the cashier and touch my entire sandwich and hope it doesnt taste bad lol, ive watched this happen every single time ive gone and theyve charged me for a regular several times when I always get a mini.. so many things wrong with this location.. every other JM location has been great, this one sucks real, real bad

The food is overpriced and not good 2 hours I'm in the bathroom will not be back

I got food poisoning from this location on Saturday, November 1. I ate the number 26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak for lunch and very quickly started feeling nauseous and was sick for a couple days. I would recommend going to another location.

The place is run by by a gaggle of teenagers..order notes are missed..many times items are incorrect or missing

My husband and I used to go here 2x a week. They kept screwing up our order, so we started eating here 2x a month. We won't be back for a while after the other day. They screw up order up more than 50% of the time. I dont care what I order.

I order wraps and they cut them. I order a buffalo with extra meat and they forget the extra meat, or I say add extra lettuce, and they forget the lettuce all together. I was the only one in the restaurant. I ordered 2 things. A buffalo wrap with extra meat and a giant 56 on rosemary parm. I get home (yes, I should have checked before I left) and the 56 is on white. I did go back and they did remake it correctly. But it's just disappointing and aggravating when you cant get a simple order right. Especially when we order the same handful of items every visit. 🫤

However, I would like to mention the manager is awesome and there's a lady cook in there who has never screwed up our order.

Disappointed 1st time customer. The person making the sub didn't even know the menu served me a dry sub . Just meat and dry bread . Waste of money

This was my first time at this location ...disappointing to say the least ...ended up ordering the Baja chicken wrap...didn't taste any chicken on the first half..opened up the second half and I saw only 4 tiny pieces of chicken....tiny pieces....not even enough to fill a teaspoon....definitely will not be back..
Was told by the clerk that they only make one type of sandwich there...looking at the menu I see sandwiches....I went thru drive thru instead of going inside....I'm confused.
I got your reply...your staff did not explain correctly about the sandwiches....
I won't return because of the chicken wrap that may have had a teaspoon of chicken.
