Food is ready super quick, which is a plus. Beyond that, though, with so many different sandwich shops in the area, this one comes up short, by comparison. The cost here, is among the highest and exceeds the product by a good margin. To make matters worse, the rewards program is probably one of the worst I've seen.

I didn't actually purchase an item today at Jimmy John's, because the DoorDash app *for pick-up* was trying to make me spend $0.51 more, some baloney about a $10 subtotal requirement for purchase. Why does it matter?? It's a PICK-UP order. Then, after I read all the bad reviews about sloppy sandwiches, I lost my appetite. I don't know what's going on at your location, but I recommend doing something about it.

For maybe a year or so I used to go to this location often, every third day, my lunch sandwich was bought over there! Same sandwich Vito #5, same ads, same skips..same taste! So the way I liked it! Due to some personal life events I was not in area for last 6-7 months did not use this location, either other Jimmy John's! Got opportunity to be back to routine today, got so excited, ordered same sandwich
..and oh, boy..so disappointed! New stuff over there, no hello, no smiles..my sandwich tasted like it was made two days ago, not even close it used to be! I asked to add extra lettuce (I was willing to pay) employer said, he does not have enough so can't add more for me! It literally make no sense..from any point I was thinking about! Maybe, it was bad day today, I will visit them on Monday..but something tells me it will be my last visit of this location at least!

I stopped at this location today. It was just OK. The sandwich was a mess and the place was filthy. The employees were nice but at the end of the day for one sandwich a drink and a bag of chips it was almost $18. I don’t think so Jimmy John’s, I’m out.

Two of the rudest employees today. Went to order a sandwich and asked if I could build a sandwich, and the guy rudely stated that this isn't subway. Pick your sandwich, then modify. It was just a simple question they didn't have to be a holes about it. After deciding what I wanted, I specifically stated I only wanted mustard. When I got back to work to eat my sandwich, I saw that they added mayonnaise instead of mustard. Didn't have time to go back, so I paid for a sandwich I didn't get to eat. I will NEVER be going back here.

Jimmy Johns App chose a location (Grapevine, TX) that wasn't near me when I palced my order. Called to cancel the order as soon as I realized it. Woman picked up, I explained what happened and that I needed to cancel my order. Woman simply said "ok" and then hung up on me, leaving me totally unsure of whether this person actually cancelled my order or if I was just hung up on. Naturally, I called back to verify. The employee who identified herself as the "manager" SCOLDED me for calling back. I asked her if she thought it was rude to just say "ok" to a customer and then hang up on them without verifying any details for the cancelled order. She then rudely informed me that she thought it was rude of ME to call back when she is busy and the only person working in the store and hung up on me again.
Glad I don't need the Grapevine Jimmy Johns.
Explained to my Jimmy Johns (Argyle, TX) what happened, they said it was ridiculous and offerred me a cookie and/or drink. I didn't need either, but was so glad to be at a Jimmy Johns where customers aren't berrated by the "manager" for simply trying to make sure an order got cancelled.

Terrible service do not go here.
Normally this location has been good. About 2 weeks ago I had my first bad experience where a couple of items were left off my special order and the items included on the sandwich (except for the meat portion) were VERY skimp. ( very little lettuce, 3 small pieces of onions, only 3 small pickles, only 3 small cucumber pieces etc ). Makes me not want to go back to this location. Pot Belly toppings are way more generous.

Delivery order was pitiful. Ordered a BLT and got the smallest thinnest sandwich I have ever seen. $13 for 3 paper thin slices of bacon? Do better!

Worst Jimmy John's experience ever! We have ordered delivery from this store numerous times and never had any problems, but last night was ridiculous! Placed online order @ 6:56 pm, 7:05 pm rcvd. call from Jimmy John's saying they were out of tomatoes would we like anything to replace them, I replied no that was fine with no tomatoes. I called them @ 7:43 to see where delivery was, to be told they were on the way. When driver finally arrived @ 7:55 pm he apologized and also said "we were out of the Little John bread so we did the best we could do". We opened the sandwiches to find they had butchered a regular sub roll to make a joke of two sandwiches. Pics of what we ordered vs. what we rcvd.: No cheese on either, very little lettuce & one of the sandwiches as you see had a little meat on it and then a blob of bread on top. You call to say you were out of tomatoes, but you didn't consider to call and say hey we are out of the bread for your sandwiches would you like to change to something else. Of course I called the store to complain and the guy who answered my call was very nice as he apologized and said "I told them you would not be happy with these sandwiches" which we definitely were not happy at all! Apparently whoever is in charge of this store clearly does not care about their customers. Also definitely NOT FREAKY FAST experience!
Placed our order online for our small office. 5 sandwiches. 2 of which were unwich sandwiches. We had to pick up our order as the website was not allowing us to have it delivered.Picked up our order. Only "one" unwich, the other on french bread. Requested a packet of mustard and mayo on the side, there was none.I called the store, the gentleman that answered the phone asked me to bring my receipt in so that they could see the order. I asked how did you make the sandwiches? You have the order, and we just picked them up. (ordered at noon, picked up at 12:30) He asked my name and said yes, I have it. I then asked if they would deliver it since it was there mistake. He said how did you order it? I said, to be picked up, but this is your mistake and I've been there once. He said let me get my manager. He left the phone off the hook, and I could hear her say several times, she got her unwich. Then I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. She came back on the line and said I just had a driver come back, he'll bring you your sandwich and hung up. We are 7 minutes from them. It is now coming up on an hour later, still no delivery.She didn't give her name, she didn't apologize for the order being wrong, she was rude and unprofessional, she didn't let me speak. How in the world do you get a manager's job and act like this? What a horrible example for the employee's of that store. The expectation bar must be low or just plain non-existent. I should have gone with Firehouse subs. So much better all the way around and well worth the drive to pick them up. We'll not be back. Absolutely horrible customer service!! And unacceptable behavior from a manager.Driver just called, (remember we "picked up" our order) I can't find a 105. Well that's because she hung up so quickly and never even asked or confirmed our address. Who knows where she sent the driver. No attention to detail either. Holy Crap!!

I ordered food today for 3 of my porters. The driver that delivered it came in and said "NEXT TIME YOU ORDER $65.00 WORTH OF FODD ( 3 sandwiches ) YOU SHOULD LEAVE A TIP!!!!!The problem I have is , #1 of course we are going to give you a tip ( I wasn't able to over the phone and my car runner was going to add it on the receipt ) but did not get the chance.
