Well three times are not a charm. We’ve tried to give this location a good chance but the last three times our delivery has taken an hour or more and we live 5 minutes from the location. I can appreciate if they’re getting busy and delays at times but it sounds like this location has been getting the same complaints of delivery speed for a long time and nothing has changed. May be time to remove that “Freaky Fast” catch phrase.

My recent experience with this establishment's "freaky fast" delivery service was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order with the expectation of speedy delivery, as advertised, but what I got was far from it. My food took a mind-boggling hour and a half to arrive, and by the time it did, I had lost my appetite and patience.To make matters worse, when I contacted the "manager" to inquire about the delay, her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She not only failed to provide her name but also seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience I was enduring. It was as if customer service was a foreign concept to her.I was so frustrated with the entire ordeal that I decided to cancel the delivery altogether and order from a more reliable source. I had hoped for a simple apology or some attempt at customer satisfaction, but none was forthcoming.****And as for the owner's potential response, they should know that I've already taken the initiative to leave feedback on their website, but I felt compelled to share this dismal experience here as well. It's imperative for others to be aware of the abysmal service and attitude displayed by this establishment, particularly when it comes to their "freaky fast" promise, which turned out to be nothing but a farce.***

I had a rather frustrating experience with my recent order from Jimmy John's. I placed an order online around 12:41 PM, intending to pick it up. However, my co-workers also ordered around the same time but selected delivery. About 10 minutes later, I realized the discrepancy and called the store to see if they could combine our orders, considering they were all going to the same place, and my co-worker had already paid the delivery fee.Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was rather rude and initially unwilling to help. She mentioned that they typically don't combine orders for delivery, which seemed odd since they were all headed to the same location. After some insistence, she agreed to combine the orders this one time but made it clear they wouldn't do it again.What's more frustrating is that, despite Jimmy John's "freaky fast delivery" slogan, it has been a full HOUR and there's no sign of our delivery. This situation is far from the speedy service they advertise, and it's rather disappointing.Around 2pm the order was delivered, but mine was missing. I called the store and was told they would send another driver to deliver it. I’m 5 minutes down the road. After about 10 minutes after the phone call, I called again & just cancelled the order. To my dismay, the store manager, who allegedly holds a position of responsibility, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for her assistance in resolving the issue, she responded with dismissiveness and a complete lack of courtesy.What was most disheartening was her refusal to share her first name, making it virtually impossible to communicate effectively and professionally. It was clear that she was acting as a roadblock to resolving my issue, and her conduct was far from what I would expect from someone in a leadership role within your organization.This experience has left me concerned about the level of customer service provided at this particular location and the behavior of this manager. It is essential for your corporate team to be aware of such issues, as they can significantly impact the reputation of your brand and the trust your customers have in your services.I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary actions to address the behavior of this manager. Love jimmy johns, best sandwich joint around. They are the only sandwich shop who haven't messed up my order. I always ask for no lettuce, onion or tomato and every other place messes this up, BUT NOT JIMMY JOHNS, NO SIR. I always get the JJ gargantuan with a side of kickin ranch and it is mouth wateringly delicious, but I will warn you after 80% you start to feel full, This is a substantial sandwich, they really don't skimp on the fillings like some other sandwich places. Great staff too, always make the sandwich super quick. I love jimmy johns.

Absolutely horrible. Manager is incompetent. Incredibly rude & slow. Avoid this place during your lunch break as there isn’t sufficient time to both order and eat your food. Despite being advertised as “freaky fast”, the service is insanely slow. And clearly, the manager here had a reputation for being rude, as the previous reviews show.

Sadly, I won't be ordering Jimmy John's anymore. I love their sandwiches, but one of the perks was the convenient, "freaky fast" delivery. The past 3 times I have ordered delivery it's been anything but! I have waited over an hour and 20 minutes each time. This defeats the purpose.
