Do not go to the grapevine location. Because the manager is late nobody can open a register or accept payment. They don’t answer the call box, the people just let you sit at the ordering sign just hoping the manager shows up before you get tired and leave. They open at 6 as of 630 the manager was still a no show. I guess this is the new customer service model.
