I usually like this place a lot, but these days I like it even more because of the Snoopy donuts ☺️ I’m a huge Snoopy fan, so I’m very happy! I’ve already had four dozen 🤭 The place is always very clean, and I like watching how the donuts are made.

Although, I received my order 4 hours later. The manager, Kubba, was very patient with me. The Door Dash driver delivered my original order to someone else. Krispy Kreme remade my order and sent me an extra box. Thank you 😊

The donuts taste like old oil! Filled donuts barely had any filling. Maybe 1/4 filled. It’s just disgusting. Spent $46.99 & it’s disgusting. Wasted every penny! 😡🤬

PLEASE have whomever owns this location thoroughly mop the lobby floor! Every time I come here, the bottom of my shoes make a crunchy noise because the floor is so sticky that you hear it almost sticking to the sole of your shoes. That’s honestly really nasty. I don’t know if they don’t mop it or need to use a different cleaner, but a lobby floor should not be that sticky and dirty.
The taste of the donuts is usually very good, however.
National Donut Day, yayyyyy!
I was excited about it. So much so that I ordered 10 dozen for our office on the prior day.
I confirmed the order 7am pickup. I arrived at the location early but left late!
My order was lost, and sadly it did not take precedence over other patrons whether walk ins or preorder. So I waited, finally around 7:45 an employee said, “we found your order and putting it together now.” I said, “Great! May I have a while I wait complimentary donut?” Got it!!!!! So did everyone else on this famous day!
As the order was being prepared, I asked if I could purchase another dozen. She said, “yes of course and you can get a second one for $2” So I agreed!
I wasn’t hoping the incentive was a little more giving than taking more away… meaning my time, more money, receipt and patronage.
Bottom line: Disappointed under valued customer.
Recommended: internal customer service training for customer retention.

We went to get so donuts and we each got a free glazed (sample) donut. Sooooo good, I had just finished my schooled year so for every A you get is how many free glazed donuts you get up to 6. The only thing is you have to bring it in on a piece of paper. And they keep the paper.
