They got my order wrong and there is absolutely no way to contact the store because they won’t answer the phone. I wanted a refund on the products that they didn’t provide. Will continue to report this company.

I ordered 6 glazed and told the lady to make an assortment of the other 6. She made them all the same type. No biggie, but I was buying them for someone else. They were happy to have them.

The donuts we at least a day old if not more than that. They were not fresh at all. This was very saddening as we had to drive 40 minutes to get to krispy kreme. I would definitely not get them from this location again.

I honestly don’t know what kind of willpower it takes to just stop ordering from here. My order is always wrong. Out of the last four times I ordered here, literally LESS THAN HALF of my order was just missing entirely and what I did receive was completely wrong. To make matters worse, there is nobody there who gives enough of a shit about you as a customer to do ANYTHING to make the order right. You’d think as much as they charge for a product, they’d at least stand behind it with quality customer support. The last time, I ordered two dozen donuts and two frozen lattes. I got one dozen donuts and nothing else.
Nobody offered to bring me all the missing items and I was told that nobody working there could even issue me a refund! I was told to “come get it,” but since I don’t have a CAR (hence the DELIVERY order), I was just S.O.L. I spent over $70 for one dozen glazed donuts. That’s just bad business practice.
It would be a nothing more than a disappointment except for the fact that of the last SIX times I’ve ordered from this location, FOUR orders were done this same way. Why do I even bother? Because it’s KRISPY KREME, that’s why! And they know that and count on that to stay in business.
So frustrating, and plain wrong.

Amazingly friendly staff and fresh and I mean out of the oven and glazed fresh donuts and cinnamon rolls!!!! Went i side to get a look at the process and it is SWEET!!! Love coming here and seeing the staff always having a great attitude!!!
