My only complaint was maybe cook my bacon abit more but I didn't say it when I ordered so my fault other then that I don't even really like burgers and it was fire💯 I got the burger with the egg on it.

Came back after a a while and I was super disappointed. Food was not what I expected. Oily fries.. I ask for a wheat bread and instead I got regular bread… the cashier ( Indian male ) said it was wheat bread… so I said okay…. Nothing compared to Richardsons location… everything better over there… I wouldn’t recommend this location ( grapevine) definitely not coming back.

My burger and fries were undercooked to the point of being inedible. I called the store to inform them, but the person on the phone had horrible service. He argued with me instead of listening or offering resolve & did not even apologize for them serving under cooked food. Never ordering from this place again, just horrible. Save your time & money.

Ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter and they came out burnt to a crisp and seemed to be cooked in old oil. We sent them back and the new ones they brought out were ice cold in the middle. Disappointing & disgusting. I’m giving 2 stars because the adults’ burgers were good but I recommend avoiding the fried foods here.

Pretty good.. got the big tex burger it was spicy.. but not to spicy if you will.. recommend that and the onion rings.. they have about 2 arcade machines and they have a foosball table.. it was missing the ball though.

Got door dash from here while at a hotel in town. Burgers delicious and unique smash burger style burgers. Mine had kimchi and was quite spicy in a good way. Fries were mediocre for the price. Would definitely do a burger here again.
