We ate here years ago and did not enjoy the sushi, but have heard good thing about the restaurant since then. We wanted to give it a second chance and order pickup. The website would not let us order online. Calling to restaurant was worthless as well. It will tell you to order online then immediately goes to a full voice mail box. No option to talk to a staff member. The website only gives option to order between 2am - 2:30am. Too many red flag. Very disappointing.

Heard good things about this place so I decided to try it out. Came in for sushi and there was only 2 tables with people already here. I ordered rolls all spicy of salmon, tuna and yellowtail and miso soup. It took 25 minutes for the miso. After 40 minutes from ordering I heard the table that was sat before me complaining about not receiving their order. At this point 5 more tables were seated and they had started getting their food. 45 in and I ask about mine, it had not been out in. 1 hr in I got my food. The sushi is wonderful and that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. The service is horrible but the food is great. My suggestion is to call your order in and pick up.

Had an early lunch here on a Satuday afternoon and it was wonderful. I recommend Lava 10 if you are looking for fresh quality sushi and sashimi. I had rolls and the Lava 10 Specialty roll was out of this world. Had a variety of sashimi across the length of the roll which prevented me from having to order a roll and sashimi separately.

Service sucks and they don't answer the phones. Food is delicious but if you have a question- forget about it. They will just forward you the online menu. I had a question for my daughter but they said hello then just hung up on me then only to text me an online menu every time I called back

Food was outstanding! Living in Japan and traveling across Asia, this definitely took me back. Nasi Goreng is my favorite Asian pacific dish and they nailed it. The Red Dragon roll was definitely good packed with meat inside and out. The miso soup was perfect as well. I would’ve gave 5 stars, but had to knock away at some gnats.
This place is close to my heart, the staff is always nice, the food is always great and I never regret coming here

It was a pleasant experience for us. Food was fantastic!! Ordered agedashi tofu, Rajun Cajun roll, shaggy Dogg roll & a Thai tea. We were the first ones in the restaurant, so the plane was empty. Ambience was calm & pleasant, music was good. Staff was super nice. Our server, Karen was helpful, attentive & friendly. They have a wide variety in sushi & sashimi rolls. Also soups, salads, rice, noodles, kebabs & curries. Seemed like a fusion menu.. Which was amazing to find different foods under one roof. Rolls were delicious & did a top notch job. Price was also very reasonable. Everything was fantastic!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Will surely go back..

Upon arrival no hostess to great you or seat you. You have to walk into the main dining room and look for one. Their sushi taste good unlike the hot plate dinner menu. The recommended dish by the waitress has tough chewy beef. Drinks were good but the bar was slow.

Went here on a referral and not a good place. Nobody greeted us in the lobby area. We waited about 2 minutes before I walked into the dining area. We were sat at a dirty, sticky table. We ordered drinks and it took what seemed like forever. We ordered food a d even a longer wait.We never got all of our food ordered and I had to go and get the food from the chef after it had sat up there a while.I went in the back and they were on break and eating. That’s fine, you have to eat. But both waitresses at the same time while there is a lobby full of people is not the best for the customers.Food was good. Seems like the chef is the only one on point.As I was leaving, there were another couple saying “we never got the rest of our food but it’s ok…..we just want to leave!”I will never be back.
