The food was really tasty and seemed like nice quality. The lady there helped me order (first time) and she was really nice and sweet. Me and my coworker got the number 8 and both of us got food poisoning. Mistakes happen but common now. I'll give it another try in the future.

My favorite food is a Philly cheese steak. I am always in search of a great Philly, and in Texas frequently come up short. The Philly at Kenny's, while not the best I've ever had, is the best I've found in DFW. The meat melts in your mouth. The cheese is melted through it giving it complete coverage and not just a slice lazily thrown on top. The roll is tasty and has good texture but I find myself missing a true amarosa roll. I added salt and pepper to it, thank God, as I still find it a little short on seasoning. As critical as this review sounds, take it with a grain of salt as it comes from a Philly snob, it is truly a great attempt and one of the best I've found in DFW... Will be back.

I ordered a number 9 without vegetables. They forgot to add the cheese. So, when I got home and went to eat it, I found a bland bread similar to a hot dog bun with meat and a strip of bacon. It's my first and last time at this

I ordered the Philly cheese steak. Sub was delicious. Employees were friendly. Minus 1 star for dirty tables. They had no other customers in the restaurant. Most of the tables were dirty. Employees did not attend the dining room the whole time we were there.
Nothing makes a business great like amazing owners. Go to Lenny's of Grapevine for the good food, awesome service, and know you're supporting a family-owned business doing it right!!!

The cheesesteak was good but of course it doesn't beat an authentic cheesesteak. If you're missing a taste of Philly, this could get you somewhat close. I'm giving this 4 stars primarily because the two guys working behind the counter gave excellent customer service, they were extremely nice. I made a mistake with what I ordered on my cheesesteak and they were willing to go above and beyond to correct the order. I'd come back here again just because of the good service.
