Little Caesars Pizza

I come to this location every time I come to Grapevine! The owner is extremely friendly and always takes care of us when we stopped in. This is my favorite place for lunch when we're in the area!

Whoever is making pizza at this location needs to just work the register. This is unacceptable!!!

Used to own three of them years ago. Still visit once a month for crazy bread and sometimes a Pizza when I have some extra calories available. Glad they’re back and found their niche in the Pizza business.

Disappointed with my Italian bread. I was told that I had to order a half deep dish. So I ordered a bacon and pepperoni half deep deep dish. Then the cashier comes out and says that that custom order is only during lunch and the person making my order only put pepperoni on it. Another one was made with pepperoni and bacon, but they added no butter or Italian seasoning .The sauce was dry. They didn’t even cut it. Although I was given the first order for free when I opened the box, pizza was stuck to the box and the cheese was partially off on one of the slices.
When I got home, I had to add butter and seasoning to make The Italian crazy bread halfway decent.

Pizza was undercooked but the service was very pleasant

It’s Little Ceasers not Gordon Ramsey but I ordered ahead of time and it was hot and fresh. My kids always like it here and they are always friendly and kind.

Corporate needs to be called on this location. One person to cook pizzas and cashier? That’s not sanitary!!! And a Burnt pie!!??
Looked forward all day to pizza and this is what I get. Fed it to my dog and he didn’t want it!

Placed an order online for pickup over an hour later. Called immediately to have my time moved up by 30min and it took the kid 15 minutes to figure out that Jen and Jennifer are the same name despite me giving my order and order number. He confirmed he could accommodate the new time. I get there 15min after it’s suppose to be ready, and it’s not ready. Then they say they haven’t even started making it. I asked to cancel and the kid shrugged and went to the next customer. So I interrupted him and said hey, I need a refund. And surprise surprise, he doesn’t know how to do that either!!! I have to stand there and wait and ask a second time just to be told they can’t do it and I have to do it online. Ordered at the Bedford location and they said that it’s absolutely not true and a refund will be issued upon order cancellation, which didn’t happen. So instead of just doing their job, they can deal with Visa’s Fraud Depatment wasting their time and charging them a chargeback fee! Believe the low reviews! Stunned they’re not lower! The kid at the front has 2 brain cells fighting for third place!

Placed an online order for pick up. when i arrived i was greeted very rudely like if the worker was having a bad day.. i get it those days happen. she went to the back and i literally saw her with her BARE hands just toss the bites into the box and dowsed it in butter and seasoning. i opened the box and they looked like actual mush.. i came back to ask for a new order to be remade and was just stared at like i was crazy a deep sigh was let out and said you need to wait. very disappointed since my entire lunch hour was wasted.. i ordered ahead of time and waited 20 more minutes for 4 pizza puffs to be remade.
