So Delicious! My favorite Mexican restaurant in the Dallas area!
This restaurant has become one of our favorites. It's very unassuming and an older style, but the food is hot, fresh and flavorful, the staff is always nice and friendly, and they are trying to upgrade the decor. Always good eats.
Always great food and service at Los Amigos!
Great lunch menu. Authentic and genuinely good food!
Small, but really good. They have pancakes!
Was in the area was hungry and randomly picked this place from online suggestions. So glad we went here. I feel like we discovered a hidden gem. The food was excellent and they happily accommodated my custom burrito order which was delicious btw. All the food we ordered was great and was on our table quick. The staff were friendly and our server was awesome and took care of our many requests. We’ll definitely take the drive from Grand Prairie to Grapevine often just to eat here.
This Mexican restaurant was the best I love the food and the service was polite if you guys want to find somewhere to eat come eat los amigos Mexican restaurant
Locals told me...wonderful food and service. Lots of classic options and good portions.
Spectacular food
The food had very good seasoning, but the complimentary soup had burnt beans. Everything else was good. My son had the Birria torta, which he devoured. The chicharon is made on site and still was crackling when it was served with pico de gallo and red salsa (which was very tasty). We had the parrillada for one, which we split. The portion size was a good size. We had leftover to take home from parillada. Martha was our waitress, she was attentive and helped us with menu options.

Our waitress was extremely nice and honest; that’s it! The food wasn’t as expected! I voiced my issues -not to get a free meal! The sassy manager didn’t want to hear it and brushed me off and said we didn’t have to pay! We insisted since that’s only right! She refused walked away! So instead we left a very generous tip to the waitress! We ordered the shrimp fajitas and gorditas. The order wasn’t complicated; yet it took 20 minutes to get our food. The shrimp fajitas-well it was all onion, squash & with about 6 small pieces of shrimp. Yes, pieces not the whole shrimp. The Gorditas were disappointing, the order took so long that they were soggy and cold! We’ve tried breakfast, lunch and dinner- they’ve disappointed all 3 times! Heck, while we were waiting for our order one of their own employee’s was eating Chipotle! He was in plain sight for all the patrons to see. Now, I’m curious what’s the difference between Chipotle and their food? So when their own employee isn’t eating their food- that says something!
Amazing food and margaritas!
Food was delicious. Service was not as expedite as I like but still would recommend
This is a really good local mom and Pop place, no fancy atmosphere service average but the food was really tasty.
Authentic Mexican food! Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast barbacoa plate but we also got the huevos a la Mexicana (Mexican scramble with jalapenos, tomatoes and onion) and the huevos revueltos con papas y tocino (eggs with potato and bacon) and everything was served with refried beans and tortillas.
