Great food great service but... Went for brunch, celebrating birthdays for 2 of us. Server took our order and then came back and asked if he could offer us a birthday shot? We hesitated a moment and then said sure. Brought us (3 of us) each a tequila shot. Said happy birthday, took our picture as requested etc. I was a bit taken aback when the shots showed up on my bill. Paid, left a nice tip but as the day went on it didn't sit right with me that we were charged for what all 3 of us thought were complimentary shots. I called the restaurant. Spoke with the manager who didn't seem too concerned that a customer was calling about this. I first complimented the food, service, etc. before letting him know about the shots, the way it was offered and that they were on the bill. His response was “the server didn't do it the right way” That was it. No apology, no offer to make it right. I felt as though I was bothering him. Won't be going back.

We love Mac's on Main. Last night our food and drinks were delicious. A special shout out to KJ our server. She was a huge part of making our 40th anniversary night so special.

This was my first visit and we really enjoyed Mac's on Main. It's a great brunch spot and they have a variety of Benedicts to choose from. I had the smoked salmon Benedict and it was wonderful. The service was great too....we shall return!

Our party of three was seated upon arrival. The wait staff were outstanding, attentive but not too much. The food was fantastic - portions were ample. Loved the family style salad - extremely tasty! I had the fish of the day and it was outstanding! We'll be back on our next stay near DFW.
Seems to be slipping. Ambience is nonexistent with very generic and plain furnishings. Food quality was ok but not great. Had to send the steak fries back because they were raw.

Juan was our server and was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the menu . The food was surprisingly delicious as this was the first time we had been to this location since the location change. We will definitely be back!
