We have been to multiple Main Event locations and this is by far the worst. No service at the host station. Zero birthday parties planned on a Saturday in February should have signaled something was off! The food came out before our drinks because the bar tender was so slow. When I went to the bathroom and saw how dirty the floor and clogged sink, we decided not to eat here. The manager was kind but they are under staffed, with dirty bowling shoes and food debris everywhere!

Was a good bowling experience with a group. The service was good, but could have been a bit more attentive.

Me and my wife came into the restaurant area and were standing at the host stand waiting for someone to helps us we walked around and no one was helping us. The bartender I believe her name was sissy she came and sat us down at the bar and really took care of us. She was the best. We will be back just for her.

$47 to bowl for 1 hour for 2 people with shoe rentals is ridiculous. Main Event recently switched their lanes to have their pins on strings, for those unfamiliar each bowling pin is connected to a string that makes for easier lane upkeep and reracking system but it totally kills your pin action and plays more like an arcade game than actual bowling. I realized the pins were on strings on our second frame and asked management for a refund, they offered to put the money on a game card and I obliged because we like to play the arcade games there often and I didn’t want to be difficult, the main manager only puts $40 on the card and is overall a pretty rude guy, I’ve had another encounter with him having to refund our card from a game not working where he was mister grumpy pants also. Several of the arcade games also having problems. Used to love coming here but probably won’t be back to the lane changes and poor service from management.

Food was expensive for what it is, and majority of the arcade games are either broken and still take your credits or don't pay out bonus tickets. Won't be returning.

Customer service is nonexistent. A serious overhaul of employee training needs to take place starting with how customers are greeted from entrance to how situations are addressed when customers need help. This place is too expensive for employers to not greet you when you get to the counter... to stand there looking at you waiting for you to greet them and ask them to help you. I've seen better customer service at a gas station and that's not saying much. The manager's attitude and service was worse than the teens that worked there. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes to be asked what we need. We told the young lady bowling shoes. She got them, placed on the counter, and continued to talk back and forth with manager about not knowing how long the wait was for a lane. Meanwhile we stood waiting for her to ask us if there was anything else she could help us with. After about 5 more minutes of waiting, she asked, do yall need something else? We said we need a lane. She put something in the system. Said there would be about a 10-20 minute wait even though the manager just stated that it would be at least 30 minutes until the next lane opened up.
The food experience wasn't any better. Waited 20 minutes to place and order and another 30 to receive Luke warm half chicken tenders and barely warm fries. A complete joke.
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Went to only be stuck playing a handful of games. Every game either didn’t work or the joy stick was broken or the guns wouldn’t reload . We basically paid $200 to play children’s games and our points were not loading correctly at all ..restrooms dirty as can be no toilet seat covers no toilet paper smelt horrible and only 4 stalls were in order.. its so expensive to do anything fun anymore and when you waste money and time at a place like this makes me realize why I never go anywhere with my family.. its just not worth it. last time we will be going to main event.

For $30 on 2 drinks I would have thought that you would have at least tried.. the “bumpers” on our bowling lane were busted and made it almost impossible for the kids to get the ball to the pins.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Plenty of bowling lanes and plenty of games to play. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! This was where we had our company Christmas party so I can't speak on pricing.
