I went up to order at the counter and was ignored for a few minutes, when I was finally acknowledged I ordered. The girl with glasses and curly hair taking my order just lacked basic customer service skills . She took my order without saying a word and when I was finished she just flipped the screen towards me and walked away. Didn’t tell me my total, didn’t say thank you, didn’t wait to process my card. I find this behavior so unprofessional. When I received my order I was shocked by the small melted overpriced scoop of ice cream. It was literally sized for toddlers. Please teach these grown kids customer service and please make sure products are appropriately priced

Just stopped for some gelato after a meal and it was great! Highly recommend, every flavor we tried was delicious. Couldn’t resist grabbing a lemon poppyseed muffin for the flight home - that was yummy as well. The worker was nice, too.

Main Line Coffee inside Harvest Hall is a gem! Their desserts are absolutely delicious, and the hot chocolate I tried was amazing – rich, creamy, and perfect for a cozy treat. One thing to note is that they only accept cards Overall, great spot for a coffee and dessert fix. Highly recommend!

Main Line is located inside Harvest Hall, a food hall in Grapevine. We enjoyed the matcha latte, which was delicious, comes unsweetened and can be made with your choice of milk or milk alternative. The hall itself is beautiful and somewhat reminds me of a library or train station. The decorations around the holidays are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing Christmas trees and a giant red velvet chair. There are other places to eat in the food hall as well. Parking is very easy in the parking garage next to the hall.
Nice place but overpriced options. We had molten lava cake and it is was so not like a molten lava cake. Probably will find some other place next time.

I purchased 1 coffee and 2 muffins(blueberry), through Uber Eats. I got 3 muffins, banana (I have an allergy to banana) something with cinnamon on top and another with looked like punkin seeds on top. NO blueberry muffin at all. I will not order from them again.
