Great food and nice servers! However I would say this is t a really kid friendly place. They only had 1 high chair and it was already promised to another family when we got there so my 16 month old had to sit in in our laps/regular chair. Also there is no changing table or space in the bathrooms. I would totally go there again but probably wouldn’t bring my little one!

If you love a good coconut cake, you must try this one! It was so delicious and we can't wait to go back!The lunch was wonderful, everyone was very kind and welcoming! MASON & DIXIE is sweet little treasure on main street.

My friend and I wanted to try this out, (we watched a TikTok), so I drove all the way to grapevine to give it a try.We entered through the back door and the server was there, so we asked a table for two, she sent us to the front door.One young girl came to us after 15-20 minutes and asked us to wait for the other one, so we waited another 10 minutes for the other lady.I will understand if they’re busy but the time we got there was empty.(We were the only ones waiting for a table).Finally, we ordered and it took another 20-25 minutes to get our food.My friend’s sandwich was ok but my brisket sandwich was salty. Still I ate half and forgot the other half but didn’t go back to take it, I won’t eat it anyway.The bread pudding was delicious.Two servers for spring break or busy hours is not a good thing.

Me and my best friend from when I was 5 years old meet here about once a month. The Caprese sandwich was good. I mean nothing to write home about, yet good. Service was ? excellent. As usual. I will return and I do recommend it.

Literally only TWO people working a busy restaurant on a Saturday lunch hour?!?Stood in line with numerous people for 20 minutes just to get seated. Finally just gave up and went next door. Fortunately there are better options nearby. Restaurant operator learn to hire please.

We had a reservation for 5 at 10 AM. Sat down and got waters. Waitress came by after 15 minutes asking for our menus because they were short. Then waited another 15 minutes. It’s now 1030. Nobody came to get our order. Half an our and no service. Walked down the street to Jake’s and ordered in 3 minutes.
We sat at the bar and had a drink. It's a quiet and cozy place. There was a few people just chilling and in enjoying there food while on there computer. Just grab a quick bite and a glass of tea.

Nothing to write home about. You can find this vaguely southern Cafe fare on just about every corner. Nothing distinctive or super good. Sweet tea was not sweet and the Reuben sandwich has lots of gristle in the meat. Honestly, Newks Eatery is a better bang for your buck . Server was very sweet but seemed overwhelmed and anxious like a baby deer.
