Trash (basura). My girlfriend ordered ahead using the mobile app on Saturday night (12/13). Gets in the drive thru line at approximately 2300, asked to wait, then finally gets our food at about 2325. Gets home to find out we’re missing 1 of the orders. Completely unacceptable to wait that long for half our order. Waste of money and waste of time. Avoid this location!

Drive-thru is always quick and efficient. My go to standby is simply a sausage biscuit for breakfast on the go.

Over the past several years I have stopped by this McDonald's location ( that is built with the Chevron store ) at least 5 or 6 times, and every time I come to this location all of the employees seem to be either untrained or improperly trained and quickly get overwhelmed with a few orders, and this goes for the supervisors and managers as well. The restaurant's dining area is consistently dirty and several of the times I've come here there have been flies around the trash cans and soda machine.
Today as I was ordering at the kiosk, I clearly heard the manager say to all the employees and while all the customers were listening : y'all just worry about yourselves, this is too much, we're not going to get through all this, so let's do whatever we can do. And then she repeats the whole thing about 2 minutes later. After that I promptly canceled my order and left the restaurant. Even if you had a decently trained crew you would probably be able to work through the orders as quick as possible and get it done by encouraging your employees to move faster to do what they can to get done quicker, but as soon as those words came out of her mouth the entire crew including herself we're all mentally defeated. I would hate to have to work at this location with that kind of management. I've seen other locations of McDonald's that will be busier than this and what few employees they have will be doing everything they can to work through the orders, and they will efficiently get them done.

The entire time when I come here it’s drive thru. Normally I get my all my food good. But lately it’s been extremely slow. Maybe like 4 cars and it’d take 30 minutes? And then the drinks every now and then would taste nasty like soapy.

Had 2 burgers and a drink ... tried to order from kiosk but didn't work. Tried ordering from app said they weren't taking orders at this time. Stood at the counter for 13 mins to be told to order at the kiosk. Informed them it isn't working and what the app told me she acted as though I was lying and told me to prove it.. eventually after 7 times being kicked back to the main screen and re ordering on the kiosk I was able to get to a payment screen then it froze up when trying to use debit card. Had to redo the whole thing again and printed a ticket to pay at counter. I then stood there for 10 mins while they fought about who was gonna take food to customers in line waiting outside before I was noticed and my payment was taken... didn't really have to wait that long for my food because while I was waiting I heard them say a quarter pounder was extra and it was set aside not thinking about it the I got my bag and left. Get half way home and look my burger that was suppose to be a double quarter pounder was on a regular quarter pounder. Probably most Def the one that was sitting. I tried to call and phone said not taking calls at this time. If I could give negative starts I would!!!

This place is so unprofessional the women managers on the weekdays are horrible they treat the employees like trash in front of the customers, they walk around not doing nothing but talking crazy to thier employees not even working and im here everyday for my morning coffee and breakfast. Theres only a couple of girls there that get my order correct the other employees seem to like playing around talkn about stuff thats irrelevant to the job Deseree and Ruby are amazing theyre the only ones that seem to be doing thier job correctly. I plan on calling HR about the managers there because it really is sad to watch how the workers are being treated there I feel bad for them honestly
