It's 3/20/2025 201pm the young lady that's taking orders through the drive-thru is very unprofessional ordered my food pull up to the window to pay she is just talking and laughing with the window closed on her headset and I'm just waiting to pay for my food she is steady talking having me waiting to pay for a while steady talking on the headset and laughing I just pulled off and left I will never come here again not cool at all 🤬

This is the rudest McDonald's I had ever been to my entire life! I should have known I even had second thoughts because it is attached to a gas station. But I thought I'd give it a chance seeing his I had been on the road and my kids were hungry. Both the cashier window and the food window Clerk or super rude! The man who took my card didn't say a word to me and then shut the window then the girl at the food window just hand me the food and slammed the window shut. I have never met such poor attitude people in my life

I ordered from this McDonalds and while I was waiting for my order to be made The crew was talking shit right in front of me. This isn’t something someone wants to hear the managers and crew members to be doing while you’re waiting for your order. The food was cold and wasn’t very fresh and they took a long time to give me my order. My McFlurry was melting a lot because it sat there for so long. Terrible service I will never be coming back!

DO NOT RECOMEND! There are better food and service places within a mile. My family and I stop in here few times a month traveling but I will not be back. The Hispanic boy at the first window on Sunday March 09 at around 3:15 is so rude, his annoyed tone of asking "is that it, is that it" and when you get to the window there's a look of irritation and disgust that you bothered him. You can see in his face and body language he doesn't care, no care about your order because it's always wrong, and no have a nice day or hello when you pull up. When they forgot some of my order and I asked for it at the 2nd window, I got a very rude snappy, "It's right here". I'm done, Il spend my money where I can get a friendlier customer service like Chick Fil A that's nearby. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Efficient most of the time. Even my 2am fry runs are quick
I order on the app when i got there the app wouldn't let me put what spot i was in so i went inside showed the girl my receipt from email. She called the manager . The manager was rude and the girl standing next her is rude.. they need to be fired. Then the number to the store don't even work.. the manager needs to get fired.. i have called in on her keys see if anybody calls me back.
