4 of us ate here yesterday, 12/28. Wait staff was great' but the food was marginally good. one dish was delivered erroneously with very spicy sauce and the manager (if you could call her that) would not remove it from our bill. She needs to be replaced by someone who understands customer service and satisfaction. Will never dine here again and do not recommend.
Food- Great
Waiter- Great.
General Manager Seating Us- Lots of dirty looks, especially when one of the people in my party dared to put a menu back after looking at it to determine what we wanted to order and pay for at her restaurant/job. I understand it's busy with the holidays, but the attitude and passive aggressive comments make me not want to come back, holidays or not.

So, I would have rated this restaurant higher, but there were a few things I did not like. Before, I say things I didn't like, let me say that the waiter was polite. The restaurant itself is also pretty cool and it is obvious it is an establishment that has been here for a long time. The pepperoni pizza was phenomenal. Totally recommend this menu item.
However, I did not like the supreme pizza. It was actually tasteless. Must have been the marinara sauce. The other thing we didn't like was the young server with the earpiece. He brought out of the dishes that had a lot of olive on it, and spilled it all over the floor and also on my wife's jeans. I called him out on it and he totally ignored me. Not cool. He was definitely in a rush, but still not cool. The last thing I didn't appreciate was the automatic 20% tip. We had 5 adults and 3 kids that are two and under. I hardly call this a large group to manage because the kids didn't order anything from the menu. For great service 20% is what I tip.

The garlic bread was nice but the main course bland. The service was nice and staff was polite.
Great food, great service, fast and not extremely expensive. Recommend!

Wife and I stopped in here for dinner during the Grapevine Christmas Festival. It was a Monday night and they were pretty busy. We waited for almost 10 minutes before being waited on. When the waitress came she was very brief with us (but to be fair it looked like she was one of two or 3 in the whole restaurant). The food was only ok. My wife said her pasta wasn’t very warm and the chicken seemed to have been cooked hours ago. Same story with my lasagna, made hours ago and heated upon serving. Also for whatever reason they put cold tomato sauce on my plate. Overall, food was fine, but I wouldn’t really recommend this place or come back unfortunately.

It was super crowded and the waiter didn’t really help in putting chairs for our big group. The food was average, barely any chicken or vegetarian options.
Horrible. Appetizer, salads and main course came out all at the same time. Food very bland, no Italian seasoning. Asked multiple times for refills and waiter kept forgetting. Manager appears to be 21 years old and doesn’t seem to care. We have been coming here for years and will never be back again.

A dining destination spot! We drive over from Weatherford area just to have lunch at Napoli's. Always a wonderful meal. The attached gift shop is a nice touch as well.

Napoli in Grapevine absolutely delivers. The food is phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. Kyle took care of us, and he was outstanding. He answered every question we threw his way and guided us toward entrées that ended up being spot-on perfect. If you go, do yourself a favor and order the cacio e pepe with chicken. It’s silky, peppery, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. Add in great drinks and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, and you’ve got one of the best dining values in Grapevine. Highly recommend. You’ll leave happy, full, and already planning your next visit.
