Was wanting some Italian and found this place. Walked in staff immediately sat me no issues and the water came by. The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and recommended a few things. Unfortunately, the subs were only for lunch cause I wanted to try the meat ball sub. It was not fated to be. Settled for the lasagna, which reminded me of mom's lasagna, "chef kiss," it was delicious. My buddy got yhe spaghetti, and I think he licked the plate clean. All I all the place was good. Lasagna 8 outa 10 very beefy Spaghetti 6 outa 10 Wait, staff 8 out of 10 liked that he gave me the run down on the menu I would come back if in the area

Our party of nine waited over an hour to be seated. We finally left and went to Napoli's across the street.

I want to preface this by saying my wife and I have been long time customers of this establishment. We’ve always loved the food and the atmosphere. Now that that’s out of the way, after the experience we had tonight, we will no longer be giving this place our business. We had a friend come into town and his son is a 5 year old, non verbal, autistic child. Unfortunately when he’s overwhelmed, he can get a little loud. We were able to manage to keep him calm, despite random bouts of irritability. Coming to the close of our time, the manager on shift approached our table to let us know we needed to keep the child quiet because she was receiving complaints about his “yelling”. Apparently she was on complaint number 3 before she decided to approach us, and instead of speaking to the parent, she felt the need to address the entire table, and seemingly was loud enough to address the restaurant. This situation was uncomfortable, it was embarrassing, and completely unprofessional. Had we been approached in private, I wouldn’t have felt the need to be this upset, but the manner in which we were approached was completely uncalled for.No parent should ever feel worried about being able to bring their child into public, with the fear that their child will not be accepted. Ever.If you are a parent in this situation. Steer clear.

We dined at Napolis before heading to a movie and it was the perfect spot for a delicious meal! We all left very full! We made reservations ahead of time so we didn’t have to wait but got there early and were able to sit down right away. The service was great and the food was delicious; try the lasagna!! I also enjoyed a delicious and strong cosmo! I’m looking forward to go back!

What a wonderful time our group of four couples had here at Napolis Italian Kitchen in Grapevine in March 2024.The food, right from appetizers of bruschetta, garlic bread, fried brussel sprouts and spinach/artichoke dip absolutely pleased everyone of us!I followed up with the Chianti Braised Short Rib which was out of this world .. sooooo tender, juicy and so tasty!Several got different versions of the Parmigiano and were raving how good they all were.A couple of others got the Milanese and I'm thinking they are still going on about how good they were lol! And two had to get their fav,... lasagna. #loveitOur cocktails were delish and their wine selection, very satisfactory.Only one thing left, and that'll be to come back, and this time, keep room for dessert! Thank you everyone at Napolis!

Everything was absolutely incredible. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Our server, Luke, was perfectly attentive and pleasant. The lemon cake was to die for. 10/10 will be driving from Dallas just for Luke’s service and the lemon cake!

Every one of us ended up with food poisoning. The food, particularly the alfredo was good consistency but the most bland we have ever had. The food was way too overpriced. There were a few fruit flies flying around and we spent the entire time worried about keeping them off of our food. The waitress barely came by to check on us. It was not a good experience. Felt like such a rip off with the high price and for us to all get food poisoning.
