Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Recently came in for a holiday meal with our large family. Xova, our server, was phenomenal. He kept our group laughing, well fed, and smiling through our entire meal.

I typically love OG because I love Italian food. If I could give this location no stars I would. We ordered an appetizer & our salads ahead of time so we could enjoy those first. We asked the waiter if he could put in our entree order 15 minutes later. We ate our appetizers & waited for our food. While we waited we could hear things breaking in the kitchen & people cursing. We waited more & some more. We were getting ready to just pay for what we ate & leave. The food finally came out & we were over it & it was late. We asked our waiter to box our food up & we could just take it home. My daughter ordered the tour of Italy which is a 3 entree dish (lasagna, fettuccine, & cheese ravioli). When the waiter boxed it up all 3 entrees were slammed into the box pictured below. After seeing that I asked to speak to a manager & he came over. I showed him how it was packed up & I asked if it was appetizing to him & he said no but that they were trained to pack it that way. Out of all the OG's I've been to, I never left with a box that small. Meanwhile, it sounded like rough housing going on in the kitchen & sounded like an entire tray hit the floor & all you heard was cursing. It seems this location is very poorly managed & no one cares. Also don't bring your little kids to this location because they will learn some new words. I will not be returning to this location. What a horrible experience.

It's Olive garden. It's delicious and you know what to expect. Except when it's this one. Not only perhaps the worst managed Olive garden I've ever seen but perhaps the worst overall managed restaurant in general I've ever seen. Don't waste your time... Go anywhere else

Be careful giving them your credit card. Our credit card was compromised after giving our server our credit card. We had to have them rerun the bill because they overcharged us. They had my card for quite a while and now we have fraud on it. This is the only place our card has left our possession. The manager was not very pleasant when we came to her with the billing issue. Would not recommend dining at this location. Other locations have been fine.

Our favorite restaurant. Great food, with endless salad (or soup) and breadsticks. Service is always superior. Restaurant is usually quiet, except for the occasional loud child. If possible, go between 2 and 5 to avoid a wait.

Regular Olive Garden food. The servers seemed a little awkward - not naturals at customer service. We are from a different state and we noticed this same problem at other restaurants in the DFW area.

We have always enjoyed the soup and salad. Sat for 10 minutes without being served an a waiter walked by our table at least 4 times. Left and don’t plan to go back.

Our server Bri was fantastic. We came on Veteran’s Day, so it was probably very busy for her. Despite that, she managed all of her tables very well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.

Colten is the best don’t even eat anywhere else fr. Also tip him atleast 100%. Also never ending pasta was amazing 10/10
