Used curbside pickup. Wednesday evening, and within 5 minutes driving distance. Steak, potato, broccoli. Steak cooked just right, but LOTS of gristle and just barely warm. Broccoli barely warm, cooked perfectly but very watery. Baked potato warm (not close to hot), but very mushy and (how can a baked potato be) watery! Bread was cold. I've picked up curbside before and it was hot when I got it home, and delicious. This pick up was less than satisfying. Even picked it up before the scheduled time. Will not be ordering from the Euless store again.

Visited for a to go order tried to do it online but the service in the area was terrible. Walked in the Togo side to place an order no staff greeted me or my son. But the lady (grey shirt) early to late 50s seen us come through the door and continued what she was doing in the kitchen. About 5 mins later a gentleman came out of the kitchen and asked if we were picking up an order and my son said we were trying to order to go. The gentleman handed my son the menu and my son said Thank you. The staff person walked away without saying you’re welcome, no problem, or any recognition of manners to a customer. Staff person walked over to another staff person a male and made a comment. About 2 mins after that the other male staff person walked up to us HE was the only person that was obviously raised correctly or trained properly, as he was providing polite customer service. I don’t ever want to think the treatment we received was because we were African American but the odds are likely, sad world we live in today. Placed the order still because I was like no people aren’t like that it’s just probably a bad day or morning. There were only 3-5 customers in the dining/bar area. So not busy. Went back to our car to wait for the order and when the older lady brought it out to the car I said thank you AND her customer service was absolutely TRASH. That lady said “Have a nice day” with a bland disposition. We ended up given the food to a homeless person because with that treatment it’s most likely THEY SPIT in the food. I pray for the homeless man sake they didn’t because he didn’t deserve that but I hope he enjoyed his food. He was happy to receive. If working in customer service doesn’t make you happy to serve all people then it might be time to retire. OUTBACK will never receive my support again no where in the world. As this first visit was a horrible experience. I know there are good people in the world and again I’m not going to even believe this was based on the color of our skin. It was blatant, and I’ll just chuck it up as they are two miserable individuals who aren’t happy with where life has taken them. Praying their peace. To the other guy I wish I would have asked your name keep up the good work you gave us some hope that there are some good in folks, even if it was for face value. That’s how you work!!!! This incident happened 7/23/25 at 11:50-12:30pm I hope cameras can be reviewed to put those employees in customer service training. $38 ain’t cheap but I’m grateful to give it to someone less fortunate.

Food was great for the price point. Since someone else was paying, I ordered the sirloin instead of the fillet which is what I usually get. I have to say, the sirloin needs to be tenderized. I was literally the last one eating because it took me so long to chew every bite. Otherwise, everything else was great. The bread was delicious and hot, they let me sub a vegetable for the potato, and I upgraded to the cranberry crunch salad which was delicious.

Average steakhouse nothing impressive. Service good , food good. I would leave 5 Star on everything but $100 for 2 without alcohol should get you further than good.

The guy nash was the best server he made our family welcome and he was on top of our orders he kept refilling our drinks and he check upon me and my little family about the food and to see if we needed anything else Nash is top tier me and my family will definitely come back and the food

Our waiter was awesome although I don't remember his name to suggest his section for your visit. But no worries because honestly everyone that was working that night we came across was friendly delightfully awesome beyond the normal greeting gestures. A couple of them came to our table because they remembered our group from a visit a couple of months prior to this visit. Which as a mother to 4 grown sons left me smiling knowing the impression left by them was good. Lol
But back to the restaurant review. The food was delicious if anyone had any issues they promptly corrected them.. Very comfortable atmosphere we had a child and a 1 year old with us and they were even content and loved the food

Service industry has gone down so bad. It took our server almost 10 min to greet us. She wasn’t the staff member that brought out our food or drinks. It wasn’t busy at all, there were 4 tables in the entire restaurant. Anytime we come, we will be asking for Malachi, he was fantastic last time we were in
