My review is purely directed at management and not the servers themselves. We dinned in on Nov 11 at 11:20 am - 12:32 pmand served by Scott. I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge that Scott may not have been the most experienced server but he was NOT RUDE NOT RACIST OR ANYOTHER DISGUTING ACCUSATIONS made by 3 women of color. He is just a new guy with social limitations but he tried. As a woman of color I recognized his short failings and in no way weaponized it to gain a free meal however the ladies behind our table in fact did.

I was highly disappointed in managements response , instead of explaining the servers limitations and standing firm on the fact that EVERYONE dining in his sections were delayed and experiencing the same kind of troubles this manager sat and milked the three woman’s victim mentality. Did in fact comped their full meal , offered them extra free food and for what? To avoid one review that would have 100% been fueled by victim racial mentality.

As a manager you serve the restaurant not peoples ego. These women held an entire table and demanded extra attention and didn’t spend a single cent.

The most APPALLING part of this is Veterans Day and in a room full of veterans experiencing the same issues and delays as a manager you were more afraid to be racially labeled that you ignored the bigger issue and that is unacceptable. Do better .

We normally don’t review chains but given news recently about how some Outback stores may be closing, we wanted to give an update specific to this location.

We’ve come here since they were located up in Grapevine and like a lot of places, they’ve had their ups and downs over the years. But right now they are clearly putting in the effort to win back customers and it shows. The breadth of the menu and the quality of the food have both improved immensely in the past couple of years.

We always enjoy the great service at the bar and have lately been very impressed with the steaks, burgers, coconut shrimp, and really fresh salads.

If you’ve not been in a while, we recommend you give them another shot.

Food was amazing, from our bloomin onion to the burger (now I see why good mythical morning gave gave it the top score in their restaurant burger competitiom). Our server Jakobi was also very professional, polite, and quick. Also, best cheesecake I've ever had!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding our recent dining experience at your establishment on 09/20/2025. My family - my husband, son, and myself - encountered significant issues with the service provided by our server D (bald white guy with blonde mustache) From the outset, our requests for water were overlooked.... Didn't get those until the end as Togo as he forgotten them. Furthermore, our son's sweet tea order was forgotten, and an adult beverage was mistakenly added to our bill. My pasta dish, ordered with a medium-rare steak, arrived well-done, significantly after my family had finished their meals. Despite repeated requests, the bread we ordered never arrived until having to ask multiple times. This series of oversights, coupled with the server's apparent prioritization of other tables, created a deeply unsatisfactory experience. We observed that while other customers received prompt and attentive service, our requests consistently went unaddressed. This disparity in service led to a feeling of being unfairly overlooked. We understand that busy periods can present challenges, however, the consistent failures to meet even basic service standards were unacceptable. The lack of attentiveness, combined with the manager's inability to adequately address the situation....im not sure she was aware how bad our service was....significantly impacted our enjoyment of the meal. We hope that you will address these concerns and take steps to ensure future customers receive more consistent and equitable service.

The restaurant was rather empty in the staff seemed upset that there wasn’t much business going on. I remember when I used to go to outback steakhouse years ago, and it would always be very full of folks with lots of good energy. The food was good and the bartender serving it was attentive. But like I said, most of the staff seemed rather depressed.
