Terrible reception when we arrived. Even though we had a confirmed Open Table reservation and we were exactly on time, the hostess said they had no reservation for us and was going to only allow us to sit at the bar. I showed her my confirmed reservation on my phone and she just shrugged. I had to ask for a manager, and we waited a significant amount of time until they finally seated us in the dining room, where we waited for another 10+ minutes before a server acknowledged us and asked for our order. The flyers on the table were cheap and tacky (a Freakish Friday movie special) and the wine selection is awful. The interior is looking shabby and dated as well. Once the server finally waited on us, she was friendly and helpful and somewhat salvaged the night. Definitely a negative experience overall though. It's a shame because the food is good and was delivered promptly. They need to work on the front of house.

I came in as a delivery driver on 7/30. The manager Cory was helping another driver so I stood back patiently, after helping her he looked at me and did not even greet me or even say just a moment. The previous driver comes back in, walks past me & Cory brings more orders to her, looks at me and says I’m backed up, I said are you even going to ask what order I’m looking for, he replies it’s 4 orders after this one & walks away. Then an older gentleman walks in & is greeted almost immediately by a worker named Bria, in which I call her over to express frustration & concern. I am an african American lady & the other two customer’s were caucasian hate to play that card but what else am I to think after waiting 10-15 minutes. And as a manager he should do better, I understand a business could be busy, but there is a way to go about and handle things and communication is a big thing and if he would’ve took two seconds to tell me just a second everything would’ve been fine.

We enjoyed our dinner at PF Chang’s tonight. Victoria C was our server. Could not have asked for better service. She was friendly & answered all our questions. We certainly will be back!
I understand that inflation has been worse and everything is getting more expensive. But for $16 lunch special, you only got a few pieces of Mongolian beef jerky (very hard to chew), small bites of rice, and a cup of soup. This is still unacceptable. Please go to Pei wei, where food tastes way much better with lower prices.

What made me and my son's experience a great one was when they messed up on my honey shrimp and brought me honey Chicken, and the wonton soup had no wonton or shrimp in it. The Bartender Chris was on top of things got me my honey shrimp and also got me a new cup of wonton soup. Showing that he really cared and wanted to make things right. Thank you you Chris for fixing everything and providing an awesome experience.
