Service with absolutely great they let me take my time. Which was very beneficial because I've never been here before.
Got a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza for me and my daughter. We will be back.
We did get here right when they opened so there wasn't very many people yet.

I’ve visited this little pizza place off and on for the past years and enjoy every visit. I’ve been visiting it once a week for the last 3 weeks and the service is excellent and food is tasty. Occasionally I come in a groups of 5-12 people and we’re always well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

Food took forever md then he got out order wrong and it was awful. We were the only family in the restaurant for an hour on a Sunday afternoon. Only 1 employee in the building. Our canlzone had no ricotta and was literally as thin as a quesadilla. We will not be back

Yikes... Where to begin? The food was pretty good, but the service was awful, the straws and utensils were empty, and no one spoke passable English. I mean just look at these signs

I went in there today, and this is my fault but I thought I order a molly. Came out to be a cheese pizza. I told him I order a Molly, and he stated the ticket showed cheese. It was more of his tone that made me mad. I get mistakes can be made and that is fine. It just the customer service was not friendly at all. He didn't ask to see my online receipt, also they open at 11 a.m. and the seats were not even down. They were on top of the table. Honestly in all review the customer service was lazy and it was difficult to even ask them I would pay the difference and just put the toppings on the same pizza for the Molly. I heard they did change ownerships, and the new owner is trying to change things. I wish they didn't cause the customer service before was great. Now It just doesn't want make me want to go back and bother eating their food. I'll just go to another Palio's in a different city.

I ordered pizza on doordash and instantly realized the size with red sauce was missing cheese which is insane! I called the lady answered the phone was rude and told me I put no cheese on order which is false. She put me on hold while I was talking then told me to contact DoorDash. After contacting them I realized the side with alfredo was also missing cheese!! Im not from here and really wanted pizza, called myself ignoring the bad reviews horrible mistake!!!
Update: I looked at my son’s salad and realized is was filled with old greens!

I recently visited Palio’s Pizza Cafe in Grapevine and had a very disappointing experience. The red-headed girl with glasses at the register was extremely unprofessional and rude. This is the third time I’ve encountered her being rude to customers, and I know I’m not the only one. I did not expect this kind of behavior from Palio’s Pizza employees. I will not be coming here again, and I suggest you think twice before visiting if you don’t want to feel uncomfortable.

There was a young lady there that had the best personality She's just very friendly. Sometimes I feel like customer service has been lost. But if you come to this particular pizza place. You're feeling like customer services is still alive and well.
