I used to be obsessed with this place. I’ve eaten here since I was a little kid. then I realized that they serve their crawfish and their shrimp with the leg still on them… like deep fried with the legs in the batter…….. we pay a crazy amount of money for this food and yall are doing short cuts????????

I was excited to go to Pappadeaux‘s, which I’ve not been to in a couple of years to order Shrimp and Grits, only to find out that they do not serve it for dinner, even though it is on the dinner menu. The waitress said they make a big batch in the morning and by the time dinner arrives, the batch isn’t good anymore. HUH? And the waitess, though very nice, was too fast in cleaning our table while we were still eating. There was still garlic bread on the plate and she swooped it up. And was picking up our silverware while still eating. I finally ended up telling her that she needed to slow down. Needless to say, the experience was less than stellar. Maybe next time I need to go during lunch so I can get my shrimp and grits. And obviously with the prices being so high I would have expected better.

Dauphine was our server. She was very polite, knowlageable and quick with the service. The food was amazing. I dont come down to this area very often but if we make it back here, we're asking for her. We had a great conversation and she was so friendly. 10/10 customer service and food.
