completelyd disgusting
This is totally unacceptable
After a long time I returned to visit this place and found a bug in my food. This review is primarily for the owner of this place, so he can speak with the staff and demand better hygiene from his employees.
Long have I labored in search of a replacement for my southern Arizona sweetheart, great greasy fattening Americanized Lo Mein. I'm very particular about the taste, I enjoy complex and savory sauce. I like my noodles thick. A supplementary egg roll must be substantial and flavorful as well.
Now, on the eve of the fortnight I am to depart this loathsome, I found it in Pearl. It satisfied all my requirements of my dish, taking me back to the flavor i remember from half a country away. The owner is a very friendly man who I have become acquainted with, who has shared small things from his home culture with me such as snacks. The restaurant is very well put together and humble, which is the mark of an establishment confident in what it offers. It is not the cheapest Lo Mein in the grapevine area, but it's my favorite.
Overall, the experience at Pearl China was enjoyable. The food was flavorable and the orange chicken was particularly liked. The other dish ordered was sweet and sour pork. Both dishes I would recommended. The atmosphere was delightful, but needs to be updated. This place is recommended for a family or a casual meal with friends. If you're looking for good Chinese food and a friendly atmosphere this is a great restaurant to try out.

The fried rice and eggdrop soup were good but there general tso's chicken was not edible it smelled bad and tasted off. The lou mein came out smelling and tasting like it was cooked in a burnt oil.

My daughters and I came to Pearl after attempting to go to Dragon House which was over priced and extremely busy, major turn off. Pearl was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, good price, great quality food, and quick courteous service. Places like Pearl need to stay in business and deserve to be packed like the overrated Dragon House down the street. We will be back to Pearl again and again. Thank you for the great experience!

It’s been a couple years since I have ordered from here and now I remember why.
Ordered shrimp and veggies with fried rice and egg roll. Fried rice was much and clumped together. Not a single pea, carrot or egg in the rice. Shrimp had good flavor but also mushy. Egg roll not crispy. We need a good Chinese restaurant in grapevine because this is no longer a choice.
