Perry's Steakhouse & Grille

We had a wonderful celebration dinner last night at Perry's. We sat on the patio which is pleasantly heated and quieter than the main dining area. The food was delicious and the service was even better!

The food is always lovely. Nice cocktails We dined on the pork chops this evening. Delicious. Our group of four was halfway through our salads when our entrees arrived. I actually was holding my fork mid-air when the server began to move my salad away from me and asked if I wanted a to-go bag. I declined to not hold up the meal. The entree was served and the waiter again rushed us and asked if we wanted to-go bags when we had not even eaten half of our meal. Same with dessert. Being rushed really changed the ambiance. I hope this was just a one-time incident because we enjoy this restaurant.

We had a perfect experience for our Dad's 95th Birthday. We had an exceptional server, AAllana, and we had a nice quiet more intimate room! It was wonderful!!

Fridays tend to have a little bit more noise for sure, but Services excellent food is excellent. Overall experience was perfect for my business meeting.

Everything was delicious as always. The Wellington special was definitely a standout dish.

Nice restaurant. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there. They made it special by adding rose petals at our table and a complimentary dessert for two. Nice touch.

We have eaten here over 100 times and the problem was we got food to go for my son prior to us eating. It took over 30 minutes for the food to be ready from the original promised time and trying to get an answer was very difficult from the people at the front and apparently it was because of a crabcake we had ordered. They finally brought the food out. No apologies so I asked for the manager and he came over and I'd ask for something to be comped, and in my opinion, we shouldn't have paid for that to go meal however, he just gave us the crabcake for free and was less than enthusiastic with an apology. very unprofessional, especially for that cost. Once we finally got to our seats, the waitress was fantastic and the food was fantastic. However, my wife ended up getting a stomach virus and she had eaten the scallops. We shall see if we return.

This is hand's down the worst and most embarrassing Perry's in their chain. I would give my resignation if I were a manager. Seriously. Two times we've eaten there and two times a desperate failure. Today was the worst and I am so sorry that we gave them a second chance. We ordered two Christmas Eve dinners to go. We live over an hour from there so almost 3 hours round trip. Paid over $300 with an automatic 15% tip (for what???) added. Got home and missing my Chatoubrian entree, missing my husband's dessert, salad was supposed to be a wedge but got a Caesar instead, no applesauce with the one entree that we did receive, the pork chop. I ate the salad I didn't want while my husband ate his entree. Really unbelievable. Thanks, Perry's, for ruining Christmas Eve dinner. I will never, ever go back there. Ever.

Had a reservation for a party of 6 for 6:30pm CST at this location. It is currently 7:16pm CST and all we've received are apologies for the wait. We have watched over 9 other parties be seated at this point. Unacceptable, especially for a reserved party seating...

Overall decent experience, my family dined in on Thanksgiving. We have been many times before, never on Thanksgiving though. Our reservation was just shy of an hour late, we found something baked into the crab cakes, and were rushed out to “stay on schedule”. The servers were all very nice and pleasant. The Thanksgiving coordinator reached out for feedback 4 days later, sent her an email, have yet to hear back. Sent the same email to the GM and did not hear back from them either. Overall decent Thanksgiving dining experience just highly disappointed in the communication. We were planning to make another reservation for the holidays but with no communication back have had to go a different avenue.

Food and Service were unbelievable. Only d downside was the noise level. Couldn't carry on a conversation without being loud.
