The main issue is the conflicting hours; the hours listed online don’t match the hours given by employees. Went at 8am, which is when the front desk said they’d be open. I get there and nothing is prepared. Why “open” at 8am and have nothing prepped? Change your hours or come prepped for the hours you have.
The hours online, however, list 8:30 as opening time. Which is it? Very easy 5 minute fix to keep your hours updated.

Gentleman working was very distracted and asked me my order 3 times, I was the only one in line and ordered 1 thing. The large cup of regular salted, buttered pretzel bites w/ cheese sauce was over half $11. They were warm and well seasoned but not worth the price. But they are located in GWL so you expect the prices to be inflated.

This place was a joke today. The pretzels although good were way over priced but they aren’t why I am upset. The service deserves zero stars! We ordered pretzels dogs and a bottle of water and because I needed to turn in my receipt I started looking at it closely and noticed the server, Jasmin, rang up my water as lemonade instead. I said, oh no I ordered a water and got charged for a lemonade. She said well they’re the same price so it won’t matter. I said well the menu above you says the water is $3.00 and lemonade is $4.25 or 4.99 and she says no, I told you they’re the same price. It doesn’t matter what the menu says. She was very snippy and rude from the second we walked up and that was just too much. I said ma’am, on the menu behind you it clearly states they’re different prices and she said well it’s wrong! When I took a picture of the menu and began to walk off to get my water that wasn’t even in her booth she screamed guess you can grab two if that’ll make you happy.
