Our waiter was the BEST there has ever been. Did not get his name, short dark hair, tattoos on arm. He handled our group of 20 like it was a piece of cake, we had reservations under Amanda Agee and Violet buell, please pass this review onto him. Grapevine mills
Lindsey was very sweet and attentive even when we were eating there in the last hour before they closed

The china island chicken salad was disgusting, it smelled like b.o. The barbecue bacon cheeseburger was weirdly cooked, it was like half done?? It was well done on one side and rare on the other side. The coleslaw was very nasty smelling. The pizza was mediocre, and the mashed potatoes were ugly.
The pasta was good though.

Love the food and Jennifer was the best server ever! Thank you to the lady doing the balloons, you're awesome!!
Food was subpar for the price. Our server could have been better. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were nasty. This was my first experience at a Rain Forest Cafe and likely my last.

The only good thing about this place is the 25 minute increments for the “thunderstorm” show and the animals being loud….
I took my family as a surprise we were a table of 7, 3 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant, we had server issues, drink issues, and most importantly food issues.
And to top off the whole night (4 HOURS TOTAL WAIT) a terrible confrontation at the front desk to retrieve our drink glasses. With the sales rep being completely confrontational and rude with my husband, and proceeded to throw the glass on the counter that we were retrieving for our meal and then was trying to proceed to fight my husband in the middle of the store. We ended up paying $150 still for the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant.. and this was for first timers! Terrible, terrible!
Managers lie and the whole place is a joke
NEVER AGAIN!!

I was on a date at the bar and Justin the bartender was a great wingman and saved my date. I would not have gotten the second date without him. Thank you Justin

Thought I would be impressed with the atmosphere and food. The restaurant appeared to need a serious renovation. The wait staff was slow to take our order. It was 1 hour from the time we walked in to when our food arrived. I ordered the fish and chips for $24.99. I should have went to Long John Silvers. I understand it is a busy place to conduct a reset, but the owner needs to take a close inspection on this Rain Forest Cafe.

Justin was amazing! Food was delicious. Chef was bugging with those over cooked shrimp- but to be fair, I am truly picky when it comes to well done foods. It’s probably more of a me problem!

Absolutely amazing service! The bartender was friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Drinks were perfectly made, fast, and delicious. They kept the energy up and made everyone feel welcome. Hands down one of the best bartending experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
