RE:defined Coffee House

My friend Pat and I visited yesterday because Katie and her husband are Grapevine Chamber members. I definitely wanted to check them out.

We were not disappointed, the place was packed so I knew right away it was an excellent place.

Amazing decorations and very friendly staff. The coffee
and food choices were great.

I had The Valentines Almond Roca Latte and Butter Croissant. Pat had a Coffee and Cream Cheese Strawberry Danish.
I’ll be back

I love the service and my coffee was delicious. They have an excellent coffee machine and KNOW how to use it! It was super super tasty. The pastry was a bit of a let down (stodgy). Once again, service and coffee was excellent and I’ll definitely come here again. The vibes were also extremely cozy!!!

Been coming to this place since the old location and the quality, service and good vibe has never changed! It’s a great local staple for meeting a friend, getting work done or gathering a group!

I love how the guy barista made my Cortado ! I wish i know his name but he has a long blond curly hair. Taste like Cortado top shelf !

Extremely disappointing experience. We stood at the counter ready to order and were never greeted or acknowledged. The staff didn’t make eye contact, didn’t say hello, and didn’t ask if we needed help. When we finally tried to engage, they couldn’t even recommend a drink.
While we were waiting, another Black family walked in and experienced the exact same lack of service. They left without ordering and shortly after, so did we. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere.

Customer service matters, especially in a coffee shop where interaction is part of the experience. Feeling ignored and unwelcome is unacceptable. We won’t be returning.

I love RE:defined Coffee House! I recommend this to everyone I know. The environment is inviting and cozy. The staff is lovely and it’s a great place to come to chat with a friend, study, or just relax.

Such a fun place! Great ambiance! Cappuccino was really good. Also had a yummy egg bite.
