RE:defined Coffee House

The atmosphere is good but the coffee is bad. The “cold brew” is just an iced americano and the lattes are basic and not worth $8.50. Style over substance.

Adore this coffee shop. The decor, ambiance, and energy are calming and relaxing. The coffee is some of the best I've had!

Very good lattes with nice designs on top. Comfortable, cozy, and diverse seating styles, including a nice enclosed office environment. One of the best interior designs of all coffee shops! Wish they served the coffee to the tables.

Genuinely very confused by my coffee today. I ordered a campfire mocha and in the middle of me drinking it I tasted smoky plastic. I opened my lid and this was in my coffee. This seems like a biohazard…

RE:defined has an absolutely stunning atmosphere. My breath was taken away at the beautifully curated fall decor. They have spaces/rooms available for meetings or larger groups. And most importantly, the coffee is delicious! My latte was smooth, not too sweet and not too bitter. The staff was kind and very helpful in recommending their most popular items. Highly, highly recommend visiting!

Finally got a chance to stop by. Really cool atmosphere and the prices were very reasonable. Cappuccino I ordered was really good. When I left the barista remembered my name. Very impressive!

We stumbled upon RE:defined Coffee House after a 5k in the area, and it was the perfect find. This spot has a fantastic vibe—it's got this cool, industrial-bohemian feel with really comfortable, plush seating that makes you want to settle in and stay for a while.

The coffee was excellent, exactly what we needed. We also grabbed a pastry, which was delicious and fresh. It was clear they use quality ingredients.

It's a great place to relax, chat, or get some work done. If we lived any closer, RE:defined would definitely be our go-to spot to hang out. It's a real gem, and we'll be sure to stop by again whenever we're in Grapevine.

What would’ve cost me $3.50 in a 16oz at another coffee shop was $6.22 here for 12oz. The shop itself is very well designed and cozy. Coffee isn’t bad, but not the best. Barista has a chip in her shoulder and will ignore you and scowl when you walk in. The manager is a very kind older lady. Probably won’t come back, but might give it another chance in the far future.
