Had the lunch buffet. Queso was basic and chips were cheap. Enchiladas tasted cheap quality as well. Ranch didn’t taste like ranch so the salad was ruined. Dessert was basic cupcakes and dry pastries. Come to find out it costs $46 for the buffet, total rip off. On top of $46 parking. We will not be returning.

Food was amazing! However, the service was even better. Sandy was our server and was kind, attentive, caring, provided excellent food and drink recommendations, and even helped with our 5 children! She made them feel so cared for and addressed all of our needs for the evening. 10/10 and we will definitely be back!!

I had dinner at the Riverwalk Cantina located inside the hotel. I was celebrating my birthday with 10 other guest after consuming their food I became sick with food poisoning as well as my husband, son and nephew. I called the hotel the next morning to report the issue and was told by the director of operations that someone would call me back, I have reached out to the hotel several Times, but no one seems to care they transfer me from department to department. I finally was able to get a hold of the restaurant manager that explained to me that he was never informed of my phone calls and never once received a message from the front desk or Other staff members, he apologized and said I would receive a refund. I have yet not received a refund and my calls have been I did receive a call from their corporate office. The lady wanted to know if I was going to press charges or move forward. I told her no. I’ve never heard nothing from them. Please avoid this hotel at all cost. They don’t care about their guest and they have food that will Make you extremely ill very poor Customer Service and the food was awful. This place needs to be looked into and the food needs to be investigated. The health department will be contacted on my behalf.

the breakfast buffet came out to $40 per person with 18% gratuity to the waiter who just brought us drinks and didn’t check up on us again after that until he brought the check. me and my teenage friends walked in, and upon being hungry and asked if we want a table, we went to sit down. after we got sat, the waiter asked us what we wanted for drinks and told us to proceed to the buffet. when we got back, the waiter passed out the menu for us teenagers to see that the buffet was $32, and we weren’t informed how pricey the food came out to be. we weren’t informed about the prices until after we got the food.

Worst Customer Service Ever We waited over 15 minutes just to be seated, while the hostess moved at a painfully slow pace and seemed completely disorganized. When we finally sat down, the server with short hair was shockingly rude no smile, no greeting, and a terrible attitude the entire time. It honestly ruined the experience before it even began. For a place that charges premium prices, this kind of service is unacceptable.
Really just giving a four because the prices were a little high. Overall, it was a five-star experience with slightly overpriced but very good food! William was very helpful as a server and I think he really got us (^_^) They do have better food than when I came here a year or 2 years ago! The vegetarian enchiladas actually have really good roasted flavor and they're not spicy! Even the free salsa is delicious ❤️ That said, we both got water, one appetizer, one entree, and two tiny side cups of guacamole And it was $50 🤷🏻♀️. I think I would have been fine paying that much if we had both gotten an entree, but that seems a little steep for what is essentially one person's meal.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I have to. We flew in from Miami for our sons follow up appointment at Scottish Rite and decided to come here for lunch. The food was great but our waiter Ali was fantastic! What a wonderful experience and service she provided she was sweet and caring and truly made our day. Thank you Ali 🙏❤️🥰

Great place for dinner in the Gaylord. Service was excellent and the wide open space near the indoor river was very nice. Fresh chips with warm salsa was excellent. The grilled salmon was delicious and the roasted vegetables were really good. I'd definitely come back during my next visit to the Gaylord.

I went there for lunch on Oct 1st and lunch and drinks were EXCELLENT! Brought friends next night for dinner because lunch was exceptional and it was the worst experience! How can lunch and dinner be 1000x’s apart?? It seemed like it was a totally different restaurant for dinner. Food tasted old and thrown together on a plate and the drinks were not the same as when ordered at lunch day before. Not to mention the waiter brought the menu and it felt like he was annoyed that we did not know what we wanted to drink 30 seconds after being seated😳 So embarrassing and disappointing!
