It was Thanksgiving and very busy. I thought they handled the crowds well. Prices were fair. Most of the party got the turkey dinner. All good except the turkey. It was more like a compressed turkey roll. Just wasn't my idea of a turkey.

In Dallas for meeting so definitely needed a great steak experience. Saltgrass did not disappoint. Reasonable prices and quality beef! Bone in ribeye was tender and delicious. I enjoyed the meal very much.

Saltgrass is a solid choice for a great meal. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming I never felt rushed at any point during my visit. The food came out quickly, cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole dining experience even better. A reliable spot if you’re looking for good food with excellent service.
