Driest doughnut holes of all time. White cracked glaze indicate age. Chocolate dipped holes were so dry on bottom. It was awful.

Service fee? Absolutely great Donuts ! But what's up with the service fee ordering online? Clearly states that there is no service fee but, when you go to pay it adds a $2 service fee. Not only that, no Bavarian when you go to pick up the order!

This place is fantastic because it offers some of the best donuts you'll ever taste. It's one of the ultimate donut destinations with a wide variety of donuts.

I hope that Shipley will consider opening more locations in Texas specifically, in areas like The Colony, Frisco, Round Rock, Dallas, McKinney, Denton, Aubrey, Lewisville, Coppell, and Mansfield.

This was so disappointing. There was hardly any frosting on our doughnuts- possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The jalapeño Koloche WAS the worst I’ve ever had. The bread was not very fresh, it was like a hot dog and didn’t even have jalapeños in the meat. It just had jalepeno slices placed inside the bread around the hot dog. I couldn’t even finish it. The lady at the window was very friendly and they got it out quickly, but Walmart doughnuts are literally 10 times better.

I ordered from them, and they were missing some, so they sent me seven extra donuts, nearly matching my order. So nice of them!

They even sent me a handwritten note! Great donuts for a great price.

The lady at the window was extra nice, she took time 2 tell me about all the different donuts and other offerings they have. I think these r new owners. The donuts were hot and fresh and the prices were fair. Definitely recommend.

Wow im shocked and disappointed,The smallest Shipley kolaches/DONUTS in Texas!!! I assumed Shipley Do-Nuts everywhere would be identical as though they had some kind of standard, not so. The kolaches/DONUTS at this location are nearly 1/2 the size of what we were used to from Shipleys! Weird!ALSO MY COFFEE TASTED SPOILED VERY DISAPPOINTED.THIS MUST BE A FRANCHISE OWN BUSINESS, I WON'T BE BACK!!!

I like pastry, therefore, I like Shipley donuts, and their coffee.
