A new employee everyday. They don’t know how to work the computer. They don’t label the drinks. The drink carrier fails and unless you want concrete in your smoothie…..the franchisee is not paying attention to this location

If I could give negative stars, I would.
I picked up this smoothie for my dad in the hospital.
Got to my car and looked and realized.... this was literally half full.
My dad had already been waiting an hour for his smoothie and I should have been a karen and walked back in and demanded this be re- made.
This was unacceptable
On top of that, my dad said it was super chunky and not blended.
Smoothie king in fort worth is way better and never had this issue.
I feel horrible I didn't go back in and wait for them to re- make this and honestly, why would they even hand this shit to me.
