The worst Smoothie King, it's the closet to my work. They lose my order once a week and my drink is never ready even though I placed the order 20 mins before picking it up. Rude employees, talking on the their earpieces in: highly recommended to stay away. I wish

We ordered two smoothies and they are luke warm. There are fruit flies everywhere and while making it they knocked it over and messed it up and then did not remake it.

We asked if there was a dairy-free frozen yogurt option and were told both the frozen yogurts are dairy free (regular and Greek), which they aren't. And then when we went to order a Banana Berry Treat without the dairy whey blend, we were told the ingredients are different than what's on the menu board. Umm, what?!Giving it two stars because the smoothies tasted fine, but it was pretty frustrating overall and we won't be returning to this Smoothie King.Dietary restrictions: The person working there was clueless about allergies.

The best smoothie King I have been too. I always order ahead on my way to work and it’s ready by the time I get there in 10-15 min. The employees are always really nice and I’ve never had an issue.

They got my online order completely wrong with not even having the right base. Base was hard as a rock and complete frozen and I asked for no granola or blueberries and they were there. Also I asked for mangos and extra peanut butter and got none of those.

2nd time that I have to wait 20+ minutes for my order. Once I received my order the smoothie was not good quality I had to return it. They refused to refund me only promised a free smoothie next time. This will be my last time coming here.

The girl was late. I was waiting outside in cold wind today 1/19/24 and she showed up and ran to the door. She wasn’t very helpful with offering any kind of deals or drink specials. The blender jugs were brought out from the back don’t know if they were clean because she didn’t even rinse them out with water. I went to the bathroom and that was the nastiest bathroom I have ever been inside a business. Reminded me of a gas station bathroom that everyone uses. No toilet paper. Toilet didn’t flush, dirt all over the floor. Sink didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Dried Urine on commode seat. The light switch was nasty too. I had to use paper towel to walk out of the bathroom. I was charged 14.00 dollars when I get same drink at another location and cost me less then 10.00. I can’t recommend this location to anyone at this time.

Disappointed in businesses that hire lazy employees that close before actually posted closing time. Sign was on but she locked door and said she was done for the night. After calling her manager, he said she would serve us but honestly if you have to force an employee to work I will pass and head over to the southlake location where customer service is top tier.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I stopped in the get my son a smoothie. And let me tell you the bathrooms more gross than an old down truck stop bathroom. If they keep their bathrooms in this shape leaves me little faith they keep anything in front of house clean. GROSS!

Been going for over 3 years half of the time they are good the other half is really terrible. I got a acai bowl today that was basically the consistency of water smh.

I don't normally give bad reviews but it's obvious the lady working there had no idea how to make a basic smoothie. I ordered the same item I always order. Strawberry & Banana gladiator. She said it came with 2 fruits. I said yes. Strawberry and Banana. She looked confused and said ok. The smoothie I got was white, with no flavor. It must of been just protein. I get this item all the time at other locations and it's pink and excellent. If you have someone there taking orders and making smoothies that do not know what they are doing you get my $10 & 1 star. I also tipped.

2nd time ordering delivery and getting shafted. First time, never received $30 order. Had to call some 800 number who acted like they didn't believe me and wanted all kinds of stuff from me. Didn't have time to invest into producing documentation and multiple phone calls over smoothies. Gave up. Haven't ordered delivery in a while, figured I'd give it another shot. Delivery made it to me this time... barely over half full. Maybe 20 ounces of a 32 ounce smoothie. Tried to call location. Picked up and hung up twice, voice message the third time I called. I give up. Never again.

I WOULD START YALL WITH A 0 star and I blame management not the man by himself at the store! He literally quit and did not take the customers in line.. I actually understand one of our employees went there hours earlier and said someone was there by them self and I'm pretty sure it's the same man.. he was red in the face and very frustrated and overwhelmed I would have quit too if I had to work in those circumstances.. management needs to do better 10 people walked out.
